What a great experience, first dont sit in your car to wait for them to open as there is a waiting area outside the office entrance. With that being said I was already 4th in line. Doors opened at 6:56am to a very nice staff member by the name of Julia. Signed in and when Julia was checking each and everyone one in she was most pleasant. Within 15 minutes It was my turn and Velma who actually was the staff member drawing blood did an awesome job! I dont like needles, didnt even feel it and she was spot on first time. Out the office door by 7:20am.........great experience, remember too you are allowed to have water and black coffee if fasting. Now for my cup of coffee......Great job ladies!

It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I went there with my wife having an appointment. The line was huge and it took us at least 30 min to have our blood tests. The main problem we encountered was later when we tried to access our lab results online. The experience was awful, the system was not letting us access our results and while we tried to contact the support, they never responded to our emails and the phone lines were a disaster. After a month we still dont have access to the results. Avoid this place and company at any cost !!!!!

This office is fantastic! Always clean, clean, clean. And while they are extremely business like (they are moving lots of patients through always) they handle everyone with respect and compassion. The phlebotomists are highly skilled. I cant say enough great things about this place! Not the closest to us, but definitely worth the drive.

Quest Diagnostics is the worst place ever to get blood work done. The fat lady at the front desk is rude as hell, she should be fired immediately. The place is so ghetto. These people need to learn the proper techniques of customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never go back there.

Excellent staff, and have found efficient ways to move patients along and make the entire blood-drawing process easier and quicker. Staff are well-trained. Peak times may get hectic, but at least you wont have many sticks and bruised arms! This place is worth the short wait!

If you go first thing in the morning, its very crowded because certain tests require fasting. If you go during the day, you will not have long to wait. I have gone to this location many times and you just have to be patient if you go early in the morning.

Let me just say this facility is filled with idiots that have no respect for customers. They talk like trash they treat their patients like trash.I highly suggest not going to here at all cost. Not only did I get treated like crap they also lost my results.

I usually love coming here for blood work the lady who takes my blood is great but i had a different girl then i usually have and she was RUDE PUSHHING AND RUSHED ME.

I have now waited 30 minutes just to DROP OFF a sample for my husband. Why is such a wait necessary to just drop something off?!?!

Phlebotomist are ok at their job, its just that they dont have enough staff and the wait times become very long as a result.

The phlebologists are very good and very gentle. Administratively, front desk appears to be doing the best they can.
