I do not recommend the office in Hollywood, FL at all. I promise you it will be a complete waste of time. I called twice and left two messages on two different days just to try to talk to a human being, not a machine, to ask them a question about my medication and I waited 5 days and STILL havent heard back from them. Now, I cant get it refilled because I "havent been to the office since October and seen by a primary doctor." WELL, MAYBE IF I COULD CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE, NOT A MACHINE, TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN LESS THAN 5 DAYS, I WOULDNT HAVE TO GO TO URGENT CARE. And this isnt the first time I have called and been ignored! It is extremely frustrating that one cannot talk to a human being the day they call and that nobody even cares enough to return an important phone call when a message is left. There is always a long wait in the office when you can make an appointment and every, single appointment takes at least 2+ hours. Its always crowded and everyone working there seems so rushed. I can hardly even explain myself to the doctor as they start talking over me and rushing out the door. There clearly arent enough people working there to accommodate the amount of patients and it makes for a very unpleasant experience. I will never go back, mostly because I cant even make an appointment most of the time to begin with.

I am a VA patient but not here, however, my wife is patient at the West Park location. I am impressed by the people who work here. Let me talk of these people at this clinic, first there is Edwens Belizaire interfaces with the public he is a quick study as he resolves difficult situation such as patient financing, who a patient needs to see or your message forwarded to your doctor, in simpler terms, he gets answers and the concludes the medical request requirements. Next what I call a patient care associate. That person is Camelie Smith and she quick and determined to give you the best care possible, knows her meds and is willing to help a patient get pass any physical limitations as with my wife who is wheel chair bound. This lady knows how to lift a person. Finally, there is Doctor Fanuel Dorilas, M.D, why he is smart, good looking and by gosh everyone likes him. I am completely happy to know these people and its 5.0, A+ service rating for them. Oh I forgot the Techie in the lab, Jessenia Rocha very, very helpful. Please join my wife and me as a patient at this clinic I recommend them. The receptionist will be the lovely Dsandra Reyes-Crespo another caring individual.

This is the most horrible experience i have ever had with an OBGYN. DR. Edy Amisial is incompetent. I was six months pregnant with no ultra sound because no one ever answers the phone at his office. My insurance reached out numerous times to this doctor with no response from him or assistants. The people who work for him did know how to fill out the FMLA papers which caused me issues at work for time off. I literally had to take a number of days off to go his office to get the round arounds on paperwork. Every appointment i had there was a 3 hour wait. There were unneccessary wait times in between the doctor visit. I waited 45 minutes just for a referral. The office is hot and he is not informative of maternal care. I was finally recommended to a great OBGYN in memorial hospital who fully took care of me. She went above and beyond to suit my medical needs. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE AND LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR A OBGYN. HE IS NOT WORTH THE TIME!

I wish I could give this place NO stars instead of one. I have never been to a more unprofessional office than this one. What other previous posters have said about them NEVER answering their phone is TRUE. I have called them numerous times to get ONE referral and they have yet to answer or return my call after multiple messages and calls. As a first time patient to their facility, hopefully this will be my last because I will try to transfer out of their facility. Even the office manager didnt answer the phone. This place is horrible in customer service of this is how they are treating patients.

They never answer phones and dont assist well over the phones its better to go in face to face......especially at the west park location. if you have health issues or emergencies dont trust them. They hanged up on me several times and ignored my calls/ or better yet they never answer the phone.

Never pick up phone or when you call them to ask about a refill on medicine it never gets done stay away from these people god forbid you have a allergic reaction to a medicine and they wont provide you any info since threy dont pick up. You have been warned.

I like Dr Shikany but the staff who answers (if they answer) are not helpful. Ive been calling trying to get answers and Im only transferred to ext 413 where it goes straight to voicemail. Two day later and I still havent gotten a call back!

This has to be the WORST Drs office in history. Unclean, 2+ hours wait time, staff is clueless. I have been trying to switch to another obgyn for 3 days now and no one has answered the phone for 3 WHOLE days. DO NOT COME HERE!

There has always been a phone issue therefore I always have to be persistent when calling. Other than that the service is great and the staff is friendly. Ive been going there over 2 yrs and I have no problem thus far.

Dr. ADAMS is wonderful ...the counsoler Ruth is also a sweetie .. The front staff is bit feisty true lol...but is only because its gets overwhelming at times ..but they are efficient and cool...4 stars in my opinion

They completely clueless dont answer phone and give wrong information and referrals they could never get it right. I so done with them I getting a change. The doctor is nice but they have a big stupid staff.
