Mariam or Miriam who works at this company is very rude and has no level of customer service experience. I was transferred around and very patient, when I was put on the phone with Mariam she was immediately frustrated with my request for a billing receipt. After almost begging to be transferred to the "correct" dept. as she stated, I spoke to Cerrie who was very pleasant, took the time to understand my request and worked on gathering further information for me to resolve the issue. Not everyone is unprofessional at this company, but their are many who simply tell you to redial a different extension and do not wish to assist you further. Miriam was completely irate and did not want to listen or assist me in any way.

Ive called on two different occasions and no one picks up the phone. I do get to hear the same on hold music for the longest, even after pressing "0". Due to the low availability for the services I was looking for (child psychiatry) I ventured to calling them a 3rd time, after 10 minutes of waiting for the operator a guy answered. He did not sound very happy that I was calling to make an appointment and after setting the appointment date he was pretty much done with me. I asked a couple of questions and his answer was "thank you for calling" and "the information is on the website"

Office has come a long way from the reviews from 8months-1yr or 2 ago. Its a small wait to get someone on the phone but appointment was made within the same week, fast and friendly service, and Dr. Segul is very professional and great at what he does. The only reason I didnt give 5 starts is because thankfully they have a pharmacy where you can get your meds same day, but the wait was a little long. Other than that, excellent service all the way around.

Unprofessional office both this location and Pembrook Pines! At the Pembrook pines location the male doc cursed and talked about himself the entire time. At the location on 125th I had to wait over an hour from my scheduled appointment before I could even seen a doctor. The doctor was friendly but my overall experience with their hospitals have not been good.

Tried to charge me $25 for a visit I rescheduled then set appointment for 11/28/2016 @ 8 a.m. and I got into 3 car pileup and after discharged from hospital I called so I didnt get charged come to find out Danielle never set appointment for me in system!!!!!! I would have NEVER been on road to the doctor and they could careless!!!!!!!
