I give this hell hole a -10 When i Started to take my 7 month old daughter to this clinic i had my stardards way to high i had recently moved to the fort lauderdale area and was recomended this doctor being that it was located next to my home and it was good for me too because i could also go to this clinic being that it has 10 clinic s all in the one place it has dentistry for peds and adults obgyn also prenatle care also wic office ped doctor and a couple other offices it was the perfect office or so i thought i only took her 5 times bc i have an agrement with my insurance to give each doctor a trail period and let me tell u a dreaded it every time i had to take her even for so that i stoped taking her i didnt take her the doctor unless i absoultly had to and even then i would take her to the er instead of taking her there now let me explain why this is everytime i she had an appointment the first one i got there iand i was there at my appointment time 8 am and they told me i had to have medical records and imunizations i asked do u not just fax the old doctor and get that info they said no u have to so i got on the phone called the old doctor and they explained to me that it was best for the doctor to do it i told them this clinic did no such thing so i had to get them to fax it to this clinic then they told me they never recevied it i said just let me run down the street to a staples and i will get htem to fax it to me returned with the papers i had to pay staples for the copies and pay her old doctor for med records being that they say its no charge if the new doctor requested them but as u already know they dont do that also i didnt get seen till 3pm and appointment was at 8 am second ppointment i had an appointment later at 1 pm they didnt see me till 3 and u can imagine how a baby gets sitting in a packed room for hours stressful ! then when they finally called me back they called 5 other wemon and there children with me and put us all in a tiny room and told us to undress our kids and they started asking everyone the basic ? s (any wories about there health ?) ( blah blah blah ) im thinking in my head is this right what happened to privacy ? this is BS then they sent us all back to the waiting room wow this is incredible and i know that the other kids were tiered of being there too another 30 min passed finally the doctor saw my lil girl she was sleepy hungry and ill she had a lil rash i told them about it and yet they said it was nothing and me as a mother i know what nothing is ! then the other times it only got worse and worse please this is a fare warning take ur child somewhere else and i do not even think that its the area its in bc it is in a low income area because i have been to worse areas and they treat you 2000 times better i am surprized this place has not been clossed down !

The nurse who seen me was very rude and wanted me to leave because I had been in the er the day prior. I explained I was their for a severe migraine rendering me unable to see. They gave me meds I didnt remember and knocked me out for two hrs while they ran tests before letting me go. Due to my grogginess I wasnt coherent enough to ask all the questions I wanted to and I wasnt aware enough to ask for migraine specific medication without caffeine. Im assuming this nurse sees a lot of patients looking for narcotics, hence her horrible attitude towards me while in pain and looking for help. She wouldnt even let me fully explain my situation. Due to my migraines and arthritis Ive been on and off medications for years and was looking for a healthier alternative to opiates and something specific for my migraines. I was so fortunate to have dr.gartner! He really took the time out of his busy day to help me figure out where my 17 years of migraines came from and talked to with another dr so they could best figure out what meds to start me on to prevent taking over 20advil a day when I am unable to see a dr for meds. Its been two days now on allergy medication and Ive seen a huge improvement. Im really hoping this is the answer and I wouldnt have gotten the chance to figure it out without the help of dr gartner and the other dr, whos name I regrettably did not get. In the event that its not a solid solution I was told I would be able to come back to figure out another solution. This is the most helpful care Ive had in years for my migraines! I would definetly go back again despite the rudeness of the intake nurse. Everyone has bad days, perhaps that was hers :) I would def recommend this place

Making an appointment was easy all though the appointment was like 1 month later ok no problem. When i finally went there to adult care services i waited a total of 5 hours to get seen and the doctor told me he would write me a referral to go see 2 specialists and they would call. 5 months later no one ever called. Tried to schedule an appointment with the dental area on the phone called a TOTAL OF 15 TIMES IN THE SPAN OF 3 DAYS!!! Everytime the main office transfered me to the dental office i got NO ONE. Left voicemail messages no one ever got back to me. Ended up calling a regular dentist office and my app is next Tuesday. ;) i dont have much money but when it comes to my health i want BETTER services than What they offer and i only need 1 thing to get checked. If u have an emergency go to the er but everything see a regular docter call and see if you can make monthly payments or something. This clinic really isnt worth it. Even for prescriptions they told me thst they dont offer the prescription that the docter prescribed so i had to fo to publix and pay anyways. One word AVOID.

Went there with my 6m. old child for the first time and for sure for the last one! We arrived 20 minutes before our appointment. And waited 3 hours before they call us. Then in the room where they checking weight lady talk to me very bed. Rude and disrespect! I asked her to help me change a sheet on the scales, because my daughter pee there, she looked at me with a disgust, she sad "i help you only if i put my gloves ". I waited long time for a doctor in the room. It was Gupta Doshi md, sudha. She didnt want to answer my questions about immunization, she sad nurse will answer. She didnt ask if i want a flu shot for my daughter. She was like a robot for who my child just another human. I almost grabbed her by her hand so i can ask her what I needed to know. I left with no attention, very disappointed and mad. At the end they didnt had a vaccines and nurse went to the pharmacy to get them, add 20 min. Never ever ever i come back there. And never recommend this place to others. I cant even imagine what parents do there if child sick.
