This is a fantastic urgent care. The front staff is kind and very efficient. Of the urgent cares Ive been to, the wait time is much shorter at this facility. Most of all, the entire staff is kind, competent, and dedicated to your care. I have not (in my 2 visits) ever felt rushed or incompletely assessed. On my most recent visit (06/01/16), I required stitches. Each member of the team made sure I wasnt in any pain and that I received care as soon as possible. Overall, I wouldnt pick any other center for emergency care.

Brickell Diagnostic staff was courteous, efficient and professional every time I went, and I had 4 imaging procedures in the span of 3 months. VALERIE at the registration/front desk at Imaging is excellent. Im an RN, so I knew what to look for-observed that procedures, patient privacy, cleanliness, etc...were up to my standards. Im including the Urgent Care next door as well as it is part of the same plaza (and I was treated there as well). Will definitely return for future needs.
