Beware the mobile app and holding your spot early. My partner just waited an hour and a half when he was told approximately 25 minutes. I realize that you cant know how long for sure something might take but if youre not going to honor the "call ahead" type of service you are boasting dont advertise it! Shame on you minute clinic, you should change your name to hours clinic. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Terrible. Bad experience. The practicing NP is extremely unprofessional and rude. She was abrasive and not at all understand and i felt judged. Luckily she only works at a minute clinic and not somewhere that she would actually matter. The pharmacy was just as bad.
