Our cat suddenly had an episode of throwing up violently and frequently so we took to our normal vet ( not conyers animal hospital) and told me my cat would be in good hands since he wasnt equipped to handle the situation. Well, trusting his judgement off we go. They had my cat for almost a week and still could not tell me what was wrong with him. He ended up dying in their care, cat was very young and healthy indoor and up to date on shots. Even after out cat was dead they still had no clue what was wrong with him even after numerous x-rays and exploratoritive surgary. All their GUESSES were wrong and when their GUESSES didnt pan out they just said they had no clue as to what was making our cat sick so they were trying anything they could to make him better. After talking to 2 other vets about the symptoms our cat had and what the vet said they both came to the conclusion of a couple of scenarios that made ALOT of sense. Conyers animal hospital didnt even think about these and pretty much let my cat die in pain. Even after all of this they still had the nerve to send us an outstanding bill. Pretty much telling us "hey, sorry for killing your cat but youre gonna have to pay us anyway" Ill NEVER take an animal of mine to this god forsaken place and Ill warn any and everyone that either asks about this place or is thinking of going. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS VET!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a lon----g beautiful history with all the staff, but very recently something happened that has captured my heart. I was frantic to get help for my dog Trouble. I raced to the emergency clinic because Trouble had seized 3 times in 5 minutes. After a chat with their front end person, and knowing that all I would ever do is let them stabilize, I checked my watch and made the decision to run to CAH. At 7:15 I see a person open the door and she quickly identified herself as Dr. Kidd. Wow a gift from God. We hurriedly got Trouble inside and she quickly calmed him and found a mass. Blood work and a film gave her the diagnosis. Pancreatic cancer. Dr. Kidd and I have been through cancer before so when I suggested that we let him go, she nodded. Quietly she laid him to rest. Now for the GOOD NEWS. Few doctors would have responded as quickly and accurately as Dr. Kidd. And in the end, she lovingly handled me as a friend. Thank you for all your care.

I am almost too emotional to write this, but I must. I had to put my best friend to sleep on July 13th. I am so thankful that I was lead to Conyers Animal Hospital. I was scheduled for another facility, but I lost the number..so upset. But God lead me to call Conyers Animal Hospital! And I am so glad! I have NEVER seen more compassionate folks in all my life...and with a pet ...They immediately recognized my sorrow and were very kind to me and my dear FiFi...from the front desk folks, to the wonderful Dr. and nurse and Ms. Gail, who was awesome. They all tried their best to comfort me and FiFi. They were patient and kind. The customer service and care was +100!!! Ms. Gail even called the next day to check on me...I had a really touch week and its still tough. She also sent a wonderful card from the entire staff. These folks really understand that some of our pets are really family members. Thank you so much Conyers Animal Hospital!

Ive been taking my pets there for years. Recently they have taken a very bad turn with their staff, who are rude and lack compassion that youre in an emotional situation when your pet is seriously ill. Also, new policy - When you write them a check they somehow gain special access to your bank account and withdraw funds without your permission or knowledge. They took $70 out of my account and are still sending me monthly bills even though I have the canceled checks. Ladies, some of the men will not speak to you about your pet if another man is in the room, even if that man makes it clear that its not his pet, several times. I dont know what that is about but it was so disrespectful I was enraged at the end of my visit. Find another vet clinic. This one isnt worth the hassle.

This place is top notch! Any negative posts must be from someone looking for a scapegoat, unable to accept the fact that their pet had to pass. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. They are very reasonable and will work with you to find the most cost-effective solution for what ails your pet (not always the case with other facilities Ive had experience with). Everyone seems to be friendly, caring, and knowledgable there from the desk clerks, to the vet techs, and ofcourse the vets. My wife and I drive 35-40 minutes to go here because of their superior service for our pets. If you live in this area or are just visiting and your pet is in need of care, go with confidence! I assure you, your pet is in good hands and you will be treated fairly!!!!

Ive been using Conyers Animal Hospital for over 40 years. Dr. White and his staff provide excellent care with loads of compassion. The doctors, techs and office staff are smart and dedicated. The doctors are great diagnosticians. Being a pet owner can sometimes be frustrating but Dr. White always makes it his business to satisfy his clients. He does not want his clients to be unhappy and will make every effort to always have the best outcome for you and your pets. The office staff is caring and professional, too. I never hesitate to highly recommend Conyers Animal Hospital when someone is looking for a great veterinary practice.

I got here right at 2:00 when they opened there was only 2 other people in front of me. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour while I wanted people that walked in after me come in before me. Iv taken my dogs here over a year now and would always swear by this place because they treat my dogs amazing! But after this last visit being here a total of 2 hours and waiting to be taken back there and then for them to give me my bill and there flea medicine for an additional 25 minutes, Im never coming back here again!!! I feel so disrespected!

I have a new puppy that was experiencing tummy issues today. My normal vets office could not see him until tomorrow and I did not want to wait another day to have him seen. Conyers Animal Hospital accepted him as a walk in and gave us outstanding service. The front office staff was excellent and the prices are also reasonable. Dr. Barnhardt was loving and kind to my pet and she has a wonderful personality! This will be our new office for puppy visits going forward. Thanks a lot Conyers Animal Hospital!!!

My chihuahua Lilo got stepped on. He shattered his leg. Dr. Kidd called every Vet in the South East until she found someone to do an experimental surgery. Everybody said he would probably have to get it amputated much less ever walk with it. Lilo is now walking just fine. No arthritis, no pain. She personally sat down with me for weeks. From the beggining (finding a doctor) to the end (physical therapy). She is amazing and has brought joy back into my and my dogs life. Thank you!
