This veterinary clinic is AMAZING! The staff is so personable and always remembers your name and your pets name. They are great with prices and they are even better with caring for your animals. I will never go to any vet clinic but this one! EVER! This vet is the best. They take such incredible care of your animals. They remind you of appointments, and they even ask how your fur baby is doing after your appointment. They have taken such great care of my kitten many times and remember her whenever she comes in. The person who referred me there has two cats and is always up there for supplies and food since he has a diabetic cat. The staff is so much more than amazing. They truly care for your animals and you. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Everyone should go to this clinic for the best prices and care! I cannot even type enough about how great the Animal Clinic of Pinckney is!!!!

I am very disappointed in the carelessness of this clinic. I brought my beloved cat in for a general check-up and they completely missed a lump on his back. When I discovered it the next day and called them, I asked if I could bring him back in under the original office visit. They said that they would check in to this and call me back. After a few days and after no call back, I called them. Same thing - they said they would check in to this and call me back. After a few more days and no call, I called them and they said it would be a completely new office visit. I was frustrated at that response and declined. In all fairness, they did call me back and offer for my cat to come in under the original office visit, but I declined becaue I felt they should have offered that from the beginning.

I have been to a couple vets in the area with what I thought was decent veterinary care for my dog and cat. I ended up here when my vet was closed. I am pleased to say that this is where I am going to stay. They are friendly and definitely care about my pets well-being. They take the time make sure you understand the reason for the tests and why some medications are preferred over others. The doctor was great. She offered some more natural options for my dog instead of reaching for the "drugs". So, Its nice to have a conversation about my dog and come up with a plan for his future instead of being told what I have to do with minimal options.

Recently called them for pricing on neutering of 4 month old kitten they had never seen. Was told he would have to exam first before they would agree to do the surgery on him, fair enough. However, when I asked that they put their health exam findings on paper for me to have as part of his health record, I was told that they dont normally do that, and that if I had a vet than normally would put their health exam findings on paper to go ahead and use them. I was offered a Health Certificate (for an additional charge, which allows the cat to be flown), but this was unnecessary, since this kitten wasnt flying anywhere.

I brought my dog to this clinic for a check-up and vaccinations. I was skeptical at first because when I have been to other offices, they didnt seem caring or concerned. The staff at the Animal Clinic of Pinckney made sure my dog felt comfortable before doing anything! He was even giving them kisses. Not only did they make sure he was comfortable before the exam, blood draws, shots, etc... They were sure to make him happy afterwards. He will never associate the vet with a bad experience now! If anything, he will be excited to go to the doctors.

Everyone is very nice and you can tell they truely love animals. The offer many fine services and cutting edge procedures to make the pets expirience and healing time short and as comfortable as possible. They treat both my cats and dog. This is the only clinic I have found who is equally great for all of them, and one of my cats is not easy to work with but calmed him with natural pheromones that mimic that of which mother cats produce. Very happy .

Dr. Seger is personable and friendly enough, but I would not recommend her as a surgeon. I had a female kitten spayed and she came back with a very large incision, quite unlike the small keyhole incision on her house mate done by another surgeon. Prices for shots and checkups seemed to be high compared to what I was used to.
