First of all, the clinic itself is beautiful. Its very clean, modern and welcoming. Second (and most importantly), Dr.Vennard is simply the best! I came to the clinic just to get my cat, Jude, up-to-date on his shots but Dr.Vennard treated us like we were the only patients in the clinic. Ive always had a few lingering questions about my cats habits but Ive never asked a vet because the questions were mostly out of curiosity, not a concern for his health, and had felt too rushed to ask the questions. Dr.Vennard took her time, answered all of my questions, gave him a thorough exam, and didnt bat an eye when he went potty in the corner of the room (she even took the initiative to test his fecal sample since it was available). Dr.Vennard is one of the smartest, most caring and most hard working people I have ever met and I will forever recommend her!

Can not say enough positive things about Livingston vet clinic! First of all, I had to bring my kids to the apt. So I really appreciated that the staff and DR. Were on time and didnt keep me waiting. Our dog ended up needing a minor survery . Surgery went smoothly and I really appreciated that they were honest with me about surgery not taking as long as they expected and so I came in under budget! I also really appreciate that they were very transparent with cost and payment. The statement I received was very clear and easy to read and understand. Dr. Vennard was amazing- Very personable and gave you her undivided attention. Our dog ended up getting stitches and staples and my husband and I couldnt believe how quickly our dog healed and how well everything turned out.

Dr. Surch and staff treated our cat Jerry like he was a member of the family. They were so friendly and understanding. They always had a time for a warm cup of coffee and were wonderful in helping us brainstorm how best to approach what was going on with with our boy when he got sick. When we had reached the end of being able to help our boy, they treated him and us with the utmost respect and caring. I have never been to a vet clinic that cared so much about their charges as this place does. I will be making the drive to take my pets to the best, and that is Livingston Veterinary Clinic. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Surch and her staff, they made one of the hardest times in my life bearable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I cannot say enough about Livingston Veterinary Clinic and its entire staff! They are extremely thorough, knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. Their generosity shines through in their affordable rates and the time spent with both patients and pet owners. The facility is immaculate, decorative, warm, and inviting to all. Upon arriving there today I was delighted by the aroma of fresh brewed coffee and warm apple cider. But the best part was when the staff delighted my pet with all of their heartfelt attention! They have exceeded my familys expectations and Im sure they will do the same for yours!

The staff is awesome! Took our 11-year-old wiener dog in for surgery and everyone was so nice! Dr. Vennard did an excellent job explaining everything and took great care performing the surgery. Our little guy was already feeling better the next day, and after two days was back to his usual antics. Every person on the staff checked in with us while we were there, and they also checked in to make sure everything was okay after we left. Everyone here goes the extra mile - exactly what I look for in a care giver for my best friends.

Livingston Veterinary Clinic is the best veterinary clinic in Livingston County. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and efficient. The vets are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and truly love their patients. They get down on the floor to get their hugs and kisses from their furry patients. Id never take my precious dogs to a different vet!

Dr. Surch genuinely cares about animals, out of the 6 vets Ive been to in Livingston county I have yet to meet a vet who cares about my dogs are much as she does. When my dog had to have surgery she personally called 2 different vets & helped us make a decision where my pet would get the pest care possible. I will never take my pets anywhere else. I highly recommend her!

The BEST vet care around. We will go no other place. When we had a doggie emergency while in Florida Dr Surch came right to the phone and spoke to us. This office is so caring, professional, and always there for you. Our dog Bella loves them. Dr Surch will sit right on the floor with her and accepts all kisses Bella can deliver. They enjoy their jobs and it shows!!!

Weve seen both veterinarians at this practice and loved them both. Weve moved around quite a bit and have had several different vets over the past 10 years and none of them have been as awesome as Dr. Surch and Dr. Vennard. The office staff and techs are friendly, the wait is reasonable, and most importantly, our dog likes it there.

Hands down, the BEST vet I have ever taken my dogs to. They are so caring, warm, and nice. It is incredibly helpful when youre doing everything you can to make sure your pets are cared for to have a vet that is working as hard for you as you are for your pet. They are so amazing here. Such a wonderful place to take my animals to. The people are all very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Vennard was so patient with me and all my questions I had about our new doggy family member Duke! I have a vet near me, but I traveled an hour to go here. It was so worth it, to feel confident my dog was in good hands!

All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating when scheduling my puppys frequent allergy appointments. The prices are very fair and the care my dog receives is fantastic. Cant say enough good things about the entire staff. They are great with our puppy, and everyone is super knowledgeable and always friendly. I can call with a question or for a last minute appointment and they have always accommodated us beautifully. Would recommend them to anyone.
