I normally dont write on these reviews.. But im really upset about this women that works with our furry babies.. So I called yesterday about bringing in my sick goat. They had a women name Claudia call me back around 9am. Shes not a Vet.. she dignosed my goat on the phone. Urinary Calculi.. And let me know that his bladder probably already rubtured and that he will die.... But if you want to bring him in the see the Vet that she would call me back with a time.. Meanwhile I called MSU they told me to bring him in right away.. She was right about having Urinary Calculi.. But hes not dead like she told me that he would do.. He is in recovery with a great team up at MSU... My point is that this women had no morals and compassion for our furry babies.. BTW she called me back just about 3pm for me to bring my goat in after I talked to her at 9am.. Then had a attitude because I told her my baby is at MSU... So I highly recommend taking your furry livestock to MSU... They were so compassion to my goat. And taking good care of him during his recovery..

They might be good with horses but they were positively terrible with our ferret. We took him in because he looks to have another cyst in his genital area (weve dealt with this before), my husband spent most of the time explaining things about ferrets to the staff and then the doctor barely looked at our little guy and just gave us a quote for how much it would be to have it removed and tested. WE KNOW WHAT IT IS. Then told us it was malignant, which she cant possibly know without having it tested and if it is a cyst its not cancer. They didnt weigh him, take his temperature or check his ears (for those of you who dont know, ear mites are one of the top problems for ferrets). I would never go to this place again even for our other animals.

Decent place...super cheap and certainly not pushy when it comes to vaccinations. However, I will say I was slightly appalled when I handed over my 6-month old puppy to one of the techs who proceeded to literally drag her by her collar into the O.R. without even trying to warm up to her AFTER I specifically mentioned she was a very shy/nervous pup. Im not an overzealous dog owner by any means...but that completely turned me off and, needless to say, I wont be coming back.

One of our dogs became very sick, very fast recently and this clinic was able to get us in on a Friday even though they had no appointments and were extremely busy. They discussed what was initially necessary with me first and gave me an estimate of the costs. Lola received wonderful care for the entire weekend after a Pancreatitus diagnosis and we are just thankful for their services during her ordeal. Friendly, thoughtful, reasonable.

Just an amazing place - they go above and beyond consistently and are not in it for the extra buck. I was pleasantly surprised when Claudia diagnosed the abscess over the phone and then had antibiotic ready for pick up - out to save me money these days AND saved me calling into work?!?!?! OK with me!! : ) Happy horse/happy mom!

The lady answering your phones has Zero concern about emergency phone calls and a pet with pain. She said they were full today and didnt have anything available. Thats okay. It is Saturday, but how about an offer for another day next week? Apparently, this office isnt interested in growing their practice. Or she isnt.

We drove 30 miles to go to this highly recommended office and will be back again. Today we met a friendly staff, received gentle vaccinations and check-ups for our dogs, and stayed within my budget. In todays economy, thats a blessing.

They got us in first thing when our great dane had an emergency even though we have not been to the office before and did not have an appointment. Costs were given up front and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Their main focus is large farm animals, but they have top-notch small animal vets on staff as well. We bring our 3 cats there. The staff is very caring and their prices are unmatched compared to companion-animal vets.
