I Have been there some of the people are good, But there is one NURSE, that has lied and made it her mission to destroy my life. I am a service connected Veteran, and I have never been treated like this before. So now thanks to her I am now bedridden. I Am not your pay check. People like this should never be working with Veterans. She has no compassion for Veterans or working for the Healthcare system. I Am now fighting everyday for my life, She needs to learn how to fight for paying for her bills.I know that I am not the only one she has done this to, how many others Veterans lives has she destroyed, or God forbid that they have taken there own lives. Her records need to be looked into. VETERANS COME THERE FOR HELP. NO ONE DESERVE THIS KIND OF TREATMENT!!!

Terrible. New to the area and trying to get seen at the Tavaries VA and cant be seen for over 6 weeks! I even offer to drive to Orlando to be seen but still nothing for over a month. This area is nothing like Tampa which was nothing but stellar and helpful. Now I am forced to drive 90+ minutes to be seen back in Tampa by the great docs there. The people scheduling on the phone are so rude and disrespectful as well and just want to pass you off to the enrollment office so you arent their problem anymore. so disappointed in the Tavaries VA and the entire Orlando region.

Roadside Channel

The VA always gets a bad rap. Not from me! First time to the new Tavares location, across from Waterman. Nice facility and very helpful staff. It seems to be better laid out than the old Leesburg location. Kudos to the VA for having the good sense to provide dedicated motorcycle parking! Its a breath of fresh air to see common sense solutions to real world problems.

Very poor service have a ever Denteley the lab only works five hours a day . . Its very difficult to get my 95 year old Grand father around . Got there at 2:10 pm and the lab informed us they would not taking his labs today . It clearly states your hour of operations which he clearly was there between . . Thanks for another poor example of the VA taken care of there Vet

Just called for a family member. The gentleman was very helpful. And he looked up the phone number of the specific location we needed. He even told me about the shuttle service for our local center to the specific location we needed. Very helpful and polite.

Staff can get pretty rude over the phone. I dont work at the V.A. so I ask questions, its their job to guide us in the right direction not to make us feel uncomfortable calling.
