I gave this Lab three stars only because of the one employee who was on duty otherwise it would have been 0 or 1. I had an appointment on 8/17/2017 and it took me over 1.5 hours. The ONE employee had to answer the phone, check people in and also run all the tests. In spite of her work load she was pleasant, professional and friendly. The Lab was very clean (tile floor was spotless) but Management has to do something about scheduling. I would love to know their employee turnover rate. Probably wont go back.

Was there this morning for bloodwork. The people at the front desk where very rude. I told them that there was needles laying on the sidewalk. They rudely said it must have came from upstairs. Actually it should not matter where they came from but an employee could have went out and picked them up. After an hour wait they informed us their computers are down. Upon leaving without the bloodwork I notice the needles still laying there for somebody to get hurt.

Short chubby employee had a terrible attitude problem. When she went to draw my blood she jammed the needle into my arm. I dont understand why they keep her when she is so rude and unfeeling. Would like to know who I can show my bruised arm to as proof of her cruelty. Will definitely never go there again - which I believe is her plan to lighten her work load.

I was there on 8/23/2017 My appointment was at 11, I was out of the door at 11:30. The young lady who worked there was the only employee. She did admin and blood work, all with a smile on her face, she should be commended and given a raise. On the other hand , the rocket scientist who put her in this situation, deserves a reprimand.

Very dirty lab!!! As soon as i walked into the office it smelled of urine.. floor looked like it hasnt been swept or moped in days.. i went to do a urine test on Friday 1/27/17. the lady at the front desk was unpleasant. this lab should have a walk threw with the health officials very dirty and will never go back.

I have been calling there for THREE days DURING business hours and NOBODY is answering the phone. What the heck???? Do I seriously have to drive over there to have a question answered? Or maybe I need to call head office.

DISGUSTING FACILITY! The workers are rude and very unprofessional especially the short chubby female. There were roaches crawling on walls and on the patient bed inside one of the lab rooms. THE WORSE LAB EVER!!!!!

On my first visit, the office was a bit dirty. Tech at the desk was unkempt and not personable or even helpful. The waiting area was crowded and I waited for a long time before I walked out.

Front desk girl was pleasant and professional. Lady that drew the blood for both my daughters was nice and did not hurt. Place was clean. Dont let all the negative reviews deter you.
