My visit to Bay care was very enlightening. Even though I had a broken foot they made me feel so comfortable and everyone that was there was just so nice. Tina was at the desk and she was just in a real charmer Dr. Lee was so soft-spoken and very nice and the gentleman that put the temporary splint on my foot I cant think of his name but he was very very nice also. I cant say enough nice things Im so happy that Bay Care is so close to my home now. Thank you BayCare

Came in for a preemployment drug test. So I was a walk in. I waited maybe 10 minutes? Very fast, super efficient. Everyone was professional and friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. The waiting room had a tv screen that showed the closest two locations and their waits if you were interested in possibly going there. Ill definitely go back when I have other urgent care or primary care needs.

I was apprehensive when I walked in but Alicia (I think that was the receptionists name) was totally amazing! She talked and joked with me so ease my mind. The triage girl was sweet as well. She was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about me. The PA was very careful not to hurt me. He listened to my fears and concerns and didnt rush me with my questions. I will definitely be back there
