I am in full agreement with the two previous reviews. Dr Torres could care less about his patient and their support needs. He has a flat affect when speaking to the patient. I dreaded going to see him and only went for medication refills. When a new physician entered the practice, I switched to him and was very pleased. He was only there a year when he moved to another practice. I liked him so much, I followed him to his new location in Oviedo. Its worth the trip to see him every three months. Its also a relief to be away from the office staff...treatment from them was very sterile and came off as non-caring. Not only that, but some days I felt like I was bothering them by showing up for my appointment. I do not recommend Dr Torres or the practice.

Dr. Torres couldnt care less about a person. He seems bored and made no effort to dig below the surface of the person sitting in front of him. The ONLY reason to see him is to get a medication. The facility has a number of counselors, at least one of whom is wonderful. The front desk staff do there job but dont expect to feel warm and fuzzy or cared for at this center.
