They DO NOT respect anybody. I had the same problem twice, my first call at Family Health was in may and I just got an appointment at the end of June, it was all ok when somebody called me and said the doctor wouldn’t be there that day and Id have to reschedule, I was still being patient and agreed with the new date. I went there waited for so long and the doctor looked at my face and said what I knew already, but it is their process, one more time I agreed, I made a new appointment to have the exam done, the problem is I waited for 2 MONTHS!!!!!! when I got there at the date which I was supposed to, the recepcionist told me the doctor wasn’t there, how come?? I lost my day of work and he just wasn’t there, NOBODY called me trying to reschedule or something. After that the recepcionist tried to make a new appointment, ok , after I leave I realized I would be on my period the day she made the appointment, I called back again and guess what?! They just have a new date available in 2 months!! So frustrating!

I would have to agree that the wait time in the waiting room and in the exam rooms are long but thats gonna be like that anywhere you go. Also Dr. Gumeroff always seems to be in a rush and does not ask or really give you a chance to ask questions. That being said, I moved to Florida at 30weeks pregnant and this was the ONLY place in all of the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita, and Naples area that would see me so far along!!! I couldnt believe that places could legally deny you health care for being so far along. This place was heaven sent and everyone is mostly always friendly and helpful.

I wouldnt dare return back to this office. I had my baby 2 months ago at my 6 week checkup I decided to get the iud but when I tried to make the the next available appointmeny which was a month away. So today I go to my appointment and now being told I cant get it because I couldnt have sex 2weeks prior which no one advised me of this. This place is a inconvenience with scheduling as well not informative

Good service in person , but when you call they pick and then tell to hold then they keep on hold for a long time I waited 15 min ,and I got tired waiting I hung up

Everyone in the office is rude and prejudice. They all need to reevaluate the reason they are in the medical field. So sad.
