care alliance is by far the WORST Ive ever dealt with in DENTAL. They are fine in providing medical, and other services. But offer NO HELP with theyre DENTISTS. They will do X rays, and book u an appointment a MONTH LATER. Only to SIT U IN A CHAIR, AND DO MORE X RAYS, SEVERAL TIMES A MONTH APART. LIE TO YOU EACH VISIT BY SAYING THAT YOU WILL MEET AN ORAL SURGEON who will ONLY "CONSULT" U. (They will place u in a chair with a bib, and check your medical records, and BOOK U ANOTHER 2 MONTHS LATER TO DO THE SAME!) I hate Care Alliance so much, that not only am I going to sue for negligence. Im going to start a campaign with the mayor , and city to strip them of corporate funding from donors. Theyre entire Dentist team needs to be relieved of duties!

I have been attempting to deal with Carolina Care Alliance for the past week and a half and get a form filled out that is time sensitive. I have had awful experiences with the customer service reps who are extremely rude and who do not act in a professional manner. I highly recommend chasing another health care provider in order to avoid dealing with their unprofessionalism.
