I came in because my daughter was complaining about a sore throat. She had puss in her throat and showed signs of strep. The culture they did came back negative- so they didnt prescribe an antibiotic and said they sent off for lab results and I had to wait until Tuesday. Its Thursday- my daughter has a fever and a swollen throat- they offered nothing. Wait?? No way so I left and went to SW Fl Urent care where they confirmed the strep and sent us home with a prescription. Even gave us Ibuoprophen right there in the office. Try another place- the Dr is not so great at this facility. Weve seen her twice and both times we felt it was a waste of money and time.

I made an appointment for my three kids who had the flu on a Monday. They wouldnt see my kids till Thursday afternoon, which was a long time for kids to be running a fever. Thursday, my daughter vomited on the way to the office (which was 40 min away) we get there, and the doctor had left early! I literally cried! They said theyd tried to call me but I had my phone and never rang.My daughter vomited again on the way home. So upsetting. Also, for 3 kids, you must have mother and father present. Bonita location is worth the drive. And the doctor is MUCH more knowledgeable, this dr is nice, but shes a Flake. Not very knowledgeable.

The doctor is great and thats the only reason Im giving 3 stars, but the ladies at the front desk and the medical assistants arent very nice or compassionate. Was told that I need to come in to talk about lab results, naturally I got worried. I asked if I just have to wait and be worried until my appointment, she said plain out yes. I suggested maybe they need some new people working up there, more compassionate people and I got hung up on. The simple answer is, "no maam, dont worry, the doctor just wants to make some suggestions" or just let me talk to my doctor. Why the attitude?

This is the first dental experience I have had that was so positive for me! This is due to the fact I am wheelchair bound. The dentist today was able to work with me while I stayed in my chair. This is unheard of in other dental offices I have be in where I had the "extreme difficulty of transferring out of my wheelchair into the dental chair". What a pleasure to have this type of consideration for the handicapped!. The staff is wonderful, all very helpful, informative, concerned and very friendly. I will be sure to return for all my dental work in the future.

The only star rating I can impart is for the Estero Office. While other branches that serve higher populated areas are far more busy, I will say that the Estero serves very well as a primary care place. The staff is nice. I enjoy Dr. Ronald Ramirez as a PCP. Quick and professional. If I need to make a sudden appointment for an established patient, the turn around time is relatively quick. Plus, if you dont have insurance, the cash prices are based off of your salary.

Very unorganized staff... Have to call multiple times just to get a refill ..... They lie all the time.. They did wrong diagnosis and started the medication.. Whenever you see a doctor and medications prescribed never reach pharmacy.. Again you have to call multiple times just to get prescribed prescription.. They simply ignore you and wont call or send prescription to pharmacy.. NEVER!!

Every appointment has been a wonderful and professional experience. I have had emergency issues that the offices were able to handle, and even with the wait time it was not long before I was seen. The staff is friendly and the doctor is very knowledgeable.

At the time of calling the wait is more than 10 minutes and most of the time after waiting so long they hang up on you ummm not good,how can I get a hold of my doctor
