Was told by Tammy when calling that it was a 4 star facility. I wouldnt give it one star. Was told my parent would go into single room. Oh she did. Once she was in the door they switched her to a double with no explanation. No pictures on walls just random empty hooks everywhere. My mothers hair was greasy and. I had to go to director of nursing to get her a shower. Was put in shower with another naked woman. My mother was mortified. Was told bed baths were the thing there. Another patients relative said "you must stay on top of these people to get things done". The only plus this place has is Robbie the guy that distributes medication. Very nice, informative and on the ball. Why he is working there amazes me. Thank God my mother was there short term. I advise you to find another place, please.

I have my grandfather here in their memory care facility named "memory care lane". The staff is wonderful and friendly and I know that his needs are being met. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because as a family member who is taking care of his affairs, it has been hard getting them on the phone to take care of the business side of things and I think that is just in part to their case load honestly. Christian was very helpful in admissions, the director of nursing is up front and honest, Wendy in finance was effective in explaining the paperwork I would need to take care of outside of the facility.

I was in this god forsaken place only two nurses did their job and the CNAs on my the way they talk to the people that cannot speak for themselves is horrendous the third shift ,will go through your belongings and then act like they are giving you ice if you catch them. Play video games while you lay there with your light on .The D O N will ignore you when you snitch on the lazy .people.

My mother in law is in this place. The people are so rude half the employees use recreational drugs in their free time my mother in law has bruises all over her blood in her catheter and nothing is done about it. I wouldnt even give this place one star but I have to to let family members be aware of the putrid place.

Im the Marketing Director for Southern Gardens Assisted Living Community at 255 East Main Street in Lake Alfred. The front desk personnell at this rehab is very friendly and efficient. The Social Worker is very competent and on top of her patients. Its not luxurious, the focus is more on the patients care.
