Save your money and your time, do not trust this place with your wellbeing. The person who treated me diagnosed my condition by answering about 20 computer prompted questions (ex. does he have a runny nose, headache, etc) pressing the enter button, and telling me what the computer told her. It ended up being some sort of virus that she did not in any capacity explain to me. She actually became incredulous when I asked her what the diagnosis meant. In fact, she was overall very curt, and interacted more with the computer questionnaire than she did with me. The absolute worst part is what happened next. She printed out a list of sponsored brand named products that I should buy in CVS that will make me better. Since she told me that I needed (yes, needed) to buy these 5 products, I asked her if some of them accomplished the same thing, or if she recommended some over others. Her answer: I should use all of them. Then she rushed me out of the treatment room. My visit to the Minute Clinic felt very sketchy, very impersonal, and I really wish I had either just gone to the Cleveland Clinic (with insurance it would have been the same price) or used Web MD.

If I could give less than one star, I would. They were SO rude to us! First of all, CVS encourages you to "hold your place in line" by signing up at home, but that doesnt actually hold your place. I got there 11 minutes before my appointment after holding my place by signing up at home. However, because the people before us got out faster than CVS expected, I was almost through with signing in in person when the nurse came out. I told her I only had 3 more letters to enter to have signed in (again) in person, but she still took the people after me and my daughter. (We had saved 2 separate slots for each of us.) So, not only did she take the person after us (even though we were the next 2 on the list AND there in time to walk in before them), but she took TWO people who were on the list after us because they were a mother and daughter who walked into the room together. So we got to our appointment 11 minutes early. Were both signed in 7 minutes prior to our appointments- We had to wait an hour AFTER our appointments because the nurse just decided to let two people line jump in front of us.

After reading the reviews, I was worried about going to this clinic, but my experience was great! Christen Lee was the PA and she was super helpful, quick, and pleasant. I signed up online and was told the wait would be about an hour so I didnt leave the house right away. When I got there, the other patients were short visits, so I ended up getting checked earlier than anticipated. Very pleased with the prompt and accurate service!

If the website says your open till 8:00. Then they should take patients till then. I walked in at 7:46 and they wouldnt take me because they have to clean up to get out on time. Im having the worst case of a sinus infection and I am in tons of pain. They couldve helped me. All I wanted was an antibiotic. I just got out of work, myself. What happened to care for a patient? The website should say open till 7:45 so we can clean up.

Luckily only one patient before me, was in and out in 30 min. Gail mangan n.p. was so very attentive, and today my horrible tooth ache has subsided. If they are busy you will wait like anything else, however, i was attended, and had my rx filled within an hour and could get on with my day. LOVE IT!!

Not sure about anyone else but my experience was great, could not be better!! Maybe it depends on who is there at the time but Andrea is the best and most knowledgeable nurse I have ever met by far!! Lucky to have her doing this, Id actually rather go to her than my doctor.

I went there today (12:30 pm on New Years Eve) and they posted a sign that said theyre at capacity and not taking anymore patients, ALTHOUGH the website says theyre open until 3 pm and there wasnt a single person in the waiting area. Such bullshit and a waste of time.

There has been a quick wait time here every time Ive gone. I did go once and they were taking anymore patients. The practitioners have always been nice and friendly.

This MinuteClinic is a JOKE! Dont waste your energy nor money; go to a real emergency room. Or better yet, look online for WebMD and figure out your own diagnoses.

This was a tremendous waste of time. Waiting 50 minutes to be seen by someone who appears to be qualified to be a crossing guard. Awful experience

This women is extremely rude every time I or someone I knows goes in to be seen. Rather pay the $100 copay at a real ER.
