Very poor customer service! I understand its a sliding scale office, BUT dont treat people like you are better then them. From the front desk to I guess what you would call very rude doctors! When I showed up for the 3rd time because the pharmacist just took off to lunch with patients in the building not even checking to see if they need medication. Kristen the wanna be doctor was very rude and acted like I was bothering her when I needed to ask a quick question. Let me tell you she is like most typical doctors in the US only go into that profession the money and not to help the individuals in the community. Not to mention I said happy new year to her and she shut the door! Do yourself a favor and go to WebMD they are way more knowledgeable and wont treat you like a non human. Nothing will be done or said which is sad, but this is the world we live in.

I called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was very rude and uncaring. She talked down to me and was very unhelpful. I ended up going to the ER at Fairview (even though it was going to be more money out of pocket) and received excellent care from the front desk to the end. This is not what I was expecting from Northcoast. Very sad.
