The staff that admitted me was smiling and friendly not pushy or rude. Made me feel comfortable from the start upon walking through the door. The nurse that brought me back was genuinely concerned she made it a point to try to keep my spirits up by sharing personal stories and making me laugh when I was completely full of fear and tears. She constantly reassured me I was going to be ok and had genuine concern at the time for my emotional state I was in. (Wish I could remember her name) The dr (Sarah McGregor)came in and was friendly, smart, and made sure she went over all my concerns multiple times. She gave me prescriptions for peace of mind even though she didnt think I had what I thought, and was very gracious and kind. The nurse that brought me out to checkout (I wanna say her name was Diane or Donna)was hilarious, you could tell she loves her job and people! The check out gal was friendly and efficient. All together was the MOST EXCELLENT care I ever received anywhere else! AMAZING staff that made me feel genuinely cared for when I needed it most!

I WENT TO THIS FACILITY DUE TO A HEAD INJURY. I WAS ASSIGNED TO AN LPN NAMED DANIELLE, I WAS SO OVERWHELMED WITH HER KINDNESS AND SPECIAL CARE. SHE WAS FRIENDLY AND SO ACCOMMODATING, ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND MAKING ONE FEEL COMFORTABLE. YOU CAN TELL THAT SHE LOVES HER JOB AND THAT TRANSFERS DIRECTLY TO THE PATIENT. SHE WAS VERY PRECISE WHEN SHE HAD TO EXPLAIN PROCEDURES AND SEEMED HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND HOPE SHE CONTINUES ON TO BECOME AN RN, I WOULD SO RECOMMEND HER FOR LPN OF THE DAY.THANK YOU DANIELLE FOR TAKING CARE OF ME. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT FINE, DUE TO A HEAD INJURY ALL I NEEDED WAS SOME SUTURES, THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING SUCH A KIND AND CARING PERSON. I HOPE MY REVIEW WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY YOUR SUPERIORS. BEWARE This location staff is incompetent. I went into this location this past winter and they made me fill out a form of my contact info, address & my symptoms. Six months later,I apply for a loan only to find a nice scratch on my credit report because these idiots sent me a medical bill to an address that I havent lived at for 6 years even though I sat in their office and filled out a form with all updated contact info. I do have insurance so they could have got off their lazy asses and reached me through my insurance com, Instead its just easier for them to send it to collections over $138. So unless your there to hold their hand and make sure they update your info that they make you fill out at your arrival into their computer sys and you watch them do it, I would recommend a different location and organization. I went there today and they told me it was a 2 hour wait. They said that if I wasnt there when my name was called I would lose my place in line. Fair enough. There were 20 coughing and hacking people in a small waiting room. I said Ill leave and come back in an hour and a half and if youve already called my name. I lost my appt. If not I wont have as long of a wait. They said "no you dont understand, you cant leave. You have to wait in that waiting room." I said, so youre going to force me to sit with all those sick people. I cant leave or sit outside or wait in my car?. They said. "Yes thats our rule" I said, even restaurants give you a beeper to hold, this is not about customer service or patients rights. I left

We brought my dad there for a medical issue, he was given the most caring treatment by Dr. Romero and the nursing staff. They did not rush him out the door, they took all the necessary time to take care of him. The doctors bedside manner is one of the best that my dad has ever had from a doctor through the entire visit. If anyone ever needs care and they feel they have no place to go, I hope this helps your search end. They will make you feel like you are the only patient they have, wow what a nice feeling for my dad. He loves the doctor and the facility. Thanks to everyone for the quality care and the compassion you gave so freely.

I have always been picky with doctors , hospitals and clinics and they mist meet or exceed my standards. Thats non negotiable. Not only is insurance expensive but , like most moms, i only want the best for my children. From the moment they answered the phone ( ryan and tyler ) to checking out my experience was nothing short of 5 stars. And i never experienced anything worth 5 stars in lee county,much less health care. I am very inpressed with the quality of care this facility offers. Very clean, excellent staff and much quicker than my regular doctors office. Keep up the good work !

No one was in the lobby. They couldnt have been less busy. Medical assistant rushed triage. Waited in the room for over an hour. Walked out and had my money refunded. Asked for HR phone number. I was only provided with an office mangers number. The office manager did not answer. I left a message and havent received a call back. I expected better treatment from this facility. Go to another urgent care. Its faster and cheaper

Terrible I had a Fall hit my head I had a real bad headache SAT there for 3 and half hrs. My doctor on call sent me there then the nurse practitioner said u need CT scan ... wasnt to please cause I waited for NOTHING didnt like how I was treated I hate this place... its the 2 time I get treated like crap

Miss diagnosed, wrong medication. And t referral call-back, never came, several calls from me to resolve. A week later, took them 8-hours to call me back, and they called RIGHT AT closing to tell me I had to come in and be re-evaluated. Second visit, different Dr, shakes his head, gives me correct med.

Staff was great! I have trouble taking pills and they were able to give me liquids with everything. I went first thing in the morning and they were able to see me right away. its an urgent care setting but with doctors office pricing. No big bill at the end!

I went to the Cape Coral facility on 4/3/17. It was very modern and clean. The wait was short. Dr, Wright and staff were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to go there again if needed. Thank you.

Very clean, quick, and the nurses and doctors are amazing with my children! They make them feel comfortable and talk to them like they would talk to us. Even my shy child felt comfortable with them!
