I just wanted to take a moment to review this office, because 9 time out of 10, no one bothers to take the time to review the services they receive unless they want to complain or when they receive exceptional over the top a$$ kissery. My vist to this office today was neither of those, but I felt the staff needed to be recognized for their professionalism and bedside manner.This visit was extremely emotional for me. I have very severe case of decay in the front of my top teeth. Its bad. Really bad. To be blunt, it looks like I eat meth for breakfast although for what its worth, that is not the case. Ill spare everyone my life story but a life of neglect and poverty leads to prioritizing every other bill imaginable above your health. My visit started in the office waiting room, where a very polite and accommodating receptionist was being barrated about some scheduling issue that was out of her controle. Still managed to input a new patient and deal with that. Then Dr. Marti and the dental assistant Sandy( maybe Sandra?)were the first in years to see the true conition of my mouth (including my partner and kids) as i wear a flipper just to function in society and be employable. Tears rolled down my face and I was so afraid. They just did their jobs efficiently and still compassionately. They were constantly making sure I was comfortable, and although the entire appointment was over in less than an hour and a half, I didnt feel rushed and all my questions were answered and I never once felt my intelligence was being insulted. This place is a godsend for those who are uninsured and underemployed.The entire staff made me feel like they were there for the right reasons and were WAY too nice and accommodating for how overworked they probably all are.

We chose Dr.Best as our primary OB. She was ok at first but when she ordered a Glucose test at 20 weeks she said it was positive. From that day on all she cared about was sugar levels with our pregnancy. Any complaint my wife had was brushed off and was countered with her diet and sugar levels. At 33 weeks my wife rushed to Dr. Bests Delivery hospital with excruciating pain on her in her lower abdomen. She was released in the same pain and Tylenol. I took her to another hospital right away where she spent 4 days on pain control (Narcotics). When released she was still in pain. We followed up with Dr. Best about what happened and with all she went through, she had no concern and even got angry she didnt check her sugar levels through this whole ordeal. This continued for 2 weeks Dr. Best had no plan and did not help at all. She was accused of substance abuse problems and was told she was just uncomfortable. My wife was in excruciating pain and could not even take a few steps. The Third hospital and 2-1/2 weeks later. They found her right fallopian tube had twisted and hemorrhaging And ordered an Emergency C- Section 35 weeks. We now have a handsome little boy and my wife was ok. This all could have ended much worse thanks to Dr Best and her team. She should be a Dietician and leave the OB and Baby field to the real Doctors. I hope this review helps someone and their family in the Future.

Dr. Best has no bed side manner! She is rude, condescending, and just plain out mean. She told me I was fat (thanks captain obvious) and that I needed my sugar tested. When I failed, treated me like I was garbage. She told me that because Im "obese" I probably already had diabetes and she was just the one who found it ( insert eye roll here). That was a few weeks ago and i have not had a high blood sugar since! And I take my blood sugar 4 times a day now because she says I have gestational diabetes. I had multiple times where I tried to call and no one ever answered the phone. Most of the staff is rude and unprofessional. I sat in that office for 5 hours when I did my glucose test. I left that office in the middle of conversation with her , and will not be going back. If I were you I would go to a different doctor.

Horrible place I made an appoiment there obviously my papers said pregnant yet they said they didnt see a pregnancy proof they wanted me to pay 25 for a pregnancy test as pregnancy proof mind you Im already 5 months pregnant entering 6 I called my insurance and they even argued with the insurance about insurance not covering pregnancy test when of course they do they were talking to a customer service representative for Humana fter a while they made me wait an hour for a blurry ultrasound the. When I ask if they could give me an appoiment so I can find out the sex of my baby they told me that they dont do that there and that they would never tell me what the sex of the baby was again blamed it on the insurance ? They have no clue what their doing in this place is HORRIBLE just bad

I dont even want to give this place 1 star, but in order to write a review you have to. This place is a joke!! Very unprofessional, unorganized, unethical!! Waited 4 an half hours to be seen, to finally get called back and the nurse wanted to have a yelling match, over something that had no point to the visit. Never going back to that place again. Save yourself people an find a better Dr office!!

Absolute joke of an establishment. You will not get treated here. The ARNP is a complete moron and told me we cant actually treat you here we just refer you out. I wasted 3 hours here that I could have been getting paid for at my job taking advil, treating myself because what you learn by googling will help you more than these fucktards

This place is horrible. They have no idea what they are doing.. Rude and put in so much infornation wrong when we transfered to another clinic. Please if you care about your newborn do NOT come here. They added so much unnecessary stress to my wife its ridiculous.. This has got to be fixed ASAP!!!

Worst place ever. Waited 4 hours not even to be seen or examined. I was told that if i was so concerned with the blood filling my uterus then go to the er. Plz save yourself time money and sanity and find yourself a real doc office...u and your unborn babys life is at stake

They did an awesome job. Dr Constantine and his assistant did a great job. I do not know her name but she was very patient and answered all my questions. They took great care of me from the minute I walked in till I left.

No one here ever answers the phone. You never get to talk to a doctor. I find it to be very unprofessional. If I were to go into labor am I just supposed to sit on hold and wait? Not a good place.

I would give them 0 star if it was possible. Very poor customer service. Very unorganized. Unfreadly staff and doctors. I will be finding a New ob asap.

Their ob gyn department is ok just stay far far away from Dr Erin Best. She is plain out rude and doesnt listen. Any other dr will be better than her.
