The service when I went there was fine, I was out in a little bit. I was an out of state patient and they tried to work with me. Only thing is the bill is going to be tremendous, and if you call them to request information of your visit, they will tell you to come by with an ID at most but I cant- Im out of state! So the woman on the emergency line number (not 911) kept telling me I was violating HIPAA requesting my documents, but I knew there was another way to request with my consent online and with forms rather than in person. This location cannot give you information, which wouldve been fine for her to tell me without telling me Im in violation and she has no clue who I am repeatedly. She only offered the alternative consent form as an option after I asked. Dont come here if youre out of state- its too complicated for them to deal with. I dont recommend this establishment after speaking with a very rude woman at the desk and having a hard time requesting these forms. I will have to make another trip to a location closer to me all over again because my symptoms have come back!

Absolutely terrible. The Summa Center at Lake Medina treats medicine and people like a factory farm and although all the departments are located in one building the communication between said departments is deplorable. I took one of my clients to the ER there with a re-broken spinal cord and was told it was an old injury, which we had proof from x-rays it was in fact a new injury. The Doctor on call treated that person terribly, wouldnt let them get a word in edge was and told them that they were "drug seeking" and promptly discharged them without looking at their records, listening to the patient or providing any care whatsoever. I highly recommend you do not take a loved one to the Summa at Medina Lake emergency room, unless you want to be talked down to, slandered and discharged in worse condition than which you arrived. These people should be absolutely ashamed of their behavior!!

Summa Health Center & their facilities there at Medina Lakes is super. Very professional, top notch equipment, easy to get in /out for scheduling. The staff is great too
