I was referred to Dr. Khan by a friend who had amazing results with his root canal. I was in excruciating pain as my nerve was infected and needed immediate help and relief. As I walked in I was visibly in pain the staff was top notch and accommodated me very quickly. Dr. Khan is compassionate, patient, and highly knowledgeable and highly skilled.What proceeded was the best dental experience to date. As a patient in pain you feel vulnerable and fearful but Dr. Khan was excellent he explained to me the entire process and put me at ease right away. Dr. Khan was smooth and highly skilled and the entire procedure was near painless. Dr. Khan is clearly a person who cares deeply about his craft and patients As an ongoing patient now they are extremely nice, inviting and always welcome me with a warm greeting. Ive never felt like just another patient here. They have always been quick to respond to my inquiries and emails and accommodate my school schedule. My experience with them really was one of the best dental experiences.They are extremely caring, understanding, and helpful and willing to work with you no matter the situation with no judgment.I have received nothing but the very best dental care.Totally stress free dentistry, I absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

Dr Khan does great work. It is just his receptionist at the front window. Her name is Rita or Rosa. The first time I came in I got the vibe she has this big ego and attitude. She acts like she is above everyone else and that the patients are simply pawns she can push around. She just would not listen to me when I told her tooth #16 needed attention. Instead Tranquil opted to take the wisdom teeth out first, which wasnt bad but they couldnt actually schedule the appointment for my tooth that was hurting until April 8th. They just expected I was going to be in white hot agonizing pain for months. When I called today and let them know it was an emergency and I really needed your help Rita or Rosa or whatever her name is said she would call me back. Guess what, she didnt. And I tried to call over 10 times and got the cold shoulder. That is how she treats people who are in excruciating pain, like they are nothing. I was forced to go out of network and pay 100% out of pocket for an emergency root canal because Rita couldnt be bothered to look at the schedule. Stay very far away from this place and their slimy receptionist.

First off they have HORRIBLE staff, i made an appointment for 2pm and they called the day before to confirm that my appointment was at 1:15pm which the woman on the phone told me the doctors had a "meeting" so I showed up on time, and still waited until 2pm and wasnt seen! the woman who works at the front desk named Fatima is Very unhelpful, rude, didnt care about the situation, I told her I was unhappy with the service, and she gave me 3 different excuses as to why I wasnt seen at the agreed time. She then proceeded to tell me that I had an hmo insurance and that doesnt pay anything. Shes extremely rude, uneducated and talks down to you. The office itself is dirty and unkept. The chairs in the waiting room are falling apart and when I went to sit in the chair to get work done, I noticed that the equipment was dirty and the light that goes above your mouth has spots that look like dry blood all over it. They clearly dont care about their patients or money.

I have never been so mistreated in my life! Ali khan and his dental assistant were extremely judgmental and very hurtful. I left this dentist feeling so upset from their actions that i was at a lose for words! Please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere els. while i was there i also heard another patient arguing about the same thing that they had done to me. i laughed it off thinking it was just the customer but they did the same thing to me. if i could go back in time i would have stood up for that other customer and walked out of the clinic. i dont even want to give them one star! if anyone from tranquil dental reads this you should all be ashamed of yourselves! ill pray for all of you.

The first visit was ok. But this second one was terrible since they think they can charge you for things they didnt charge you for before. How is it possible to not charge for nitrous but charge $50 for a child restraint system that it only took them a minute to put on. We werent told before they used it it was an extra charge till after the work was all done. Glad my wife payed with a payment we could cancel so i did after i called them to find out why they hung up on me several times and couldnt explain why it costed more and kepted on telling me that they told us about it before using which they never did.

Dr. Khan in my opinion is a great dentist, I shadowed him for two weeks. Hes really good with his work, he does it fast and smoothly! His patients love him! I mean why wouldnt they he bonds with them, explains them everything so theyre not nervous or suspicious, and even though they might freak out after he explains them he doesnt just force things on them. He patiently wait for them to get comfortable, even with the kids hes very calm. His staff is awesome as well, there is a great amount of diversity, his staff can speak Hindi (Urdu), English and Spanish.

The whole staff is very professional, they treat you like family and are very compassionate! Dr. Majeed is incredible! He makes sure you are comfortable and well taken care of! Daniel is a amazing he has so much patience and is great with children! Rosie receptionist is very nice! I enjoy coming here and I would definitely recommend to anyone!!!! Im so glad I was referred to tranquil ! Everyone in the office is nice and makes you feel very comfortable . They made my daughter feel very comfortable too , she was nervous for her first dentist visit ! Daniel and majeed knew what they were doing and was clear to give me all my options before making any decisions on my teeth , they seem very well experienced ! I recommend anyone to this dentist

Front desk staff and dental assistants are also very friendly and accommodating. Office is very clean and organized. We actually look forward to seeing them every 6 months!

My son broke his tooth. It was 10 after 5 when I called. They close at 5. I told them my situation. They stayed until 6 when I could get there and they extracted the tooth. I was impressed with the staff and the doctor. I was actually so impressed that I scheduled an appointment
