Left this office after they decided to change their "policy" of submitting to the insurance company first for payment, but didnt care enough about their clientele to inform them of this change! When you walk through the door, and the first thing they say to you is how much you owe for your kids visit, even before their visit, is ridiculous! The office staff is RUDE and when you have perfectly good insurance, and they make you pay "up-front" for what "they" decide the insurance will pay, is bad practice! Glad to be gone from this office!

We were new customers and when I made two dental exam appointments for my son and daughter the office didnt inform me that they dont participate with MetLife Dental Insurance. We ended up paying for dental cleaning and x-rays $165. So before making any appointments with them ask if they participate with your insurance. Overall office looks clean, friendly stuff.

They do a great job working with Jill. She has Rett Syndrome. They treat her with respect and dignity. We have been going to them for over 20 years. We recommend them highly. There staff is great. We worked with Pauline and Dr. Fatima Piementel on our last visit.
