We just love this office! It is the most complete, family friendly office we have ever seen. Our family of six started seeing Dr. Napolitano in 2013 and we have since had such a great experience. We were looking for an office that we could develop a long term relationship with as our family needed both dental and ortho care. At the time our children ranged in age from 9 to 16 and we appreciated that we could get all of our dental needs met in the same office. The doc is great! He is so kind and gentle and well experienced. He is passionate about caring for his patients and will bend over backwards to please them. He uses all the latest dental technology in his office which my husband really appreciates. Dr. Napolitanos staff is incredible. They are kind and knowledgeable and they do a great job of giving advanced quotes for procedures so we always know how much a procedure will cost before it is done and we are never surprised with a bill. I love that the office is located in a beautiful old Victorian home right in the center of downtown Barrington. They are constantly making this place more and more beautiful. They havent missed a detail in the decor. Even the exam rooms are beautiful. It feels like you are sitting in a cozy home when you are getting your teeth worked on, complete with pillows and blankets. I cant say enough great things about this place and all the people who work there. We have recently welcomed another little one into our lives, (yes, that makes seven) and we look forward to Dr. Napolitano being her dentist as well. You will fall in love with this place!!

I discovered this absolutely amazing and brilliant dentist and his practice after a very bad experience with another local dentist. Not only is he the best dentist Ive ever had who never takes short cuts but offers you the most advanced dental and state of the art options but I met the kindest and most genuine man who I now consider a dear friend. The entire practice team reflect his gentle nature and his authentic commitment to quality and service. Ive had to have quite complex procedures and Ive been treated with such sensitivity to my comfort, Im always amazed at how they have thought of everything, from the pillow that fits perfectly to the cozy throw. While nobody looks forward to gong to the dentist, I do look forward to seeing my "dental family" in their beautifully restored Victorian House and I know I will always be well cared for.

I have been a customer of Innovative Dental Professionals for over 20 years. At first I noticed how Nice and Kind and Friendly everyone was. Then I noticed how seriously everyone takes their jobs and how Professional all the staff is. Throughout the years they have solved my Jaw Joint Problem, put me in Braces, filled my Cavities, Cleaned and Whited my teeth. Because of all of this I believe I will never need Dentures. But if I do I hear that they are ready for me. LOL. When I go there I dont feel like Im just a customer I feel like Im Family! If you are looking for a Great Family Dentist and Orthodontist who is one in the same, who has a Great Office Staff and who will take Great Care of your Family just like they would their own, then you need to come meet Dr. John Napolitano, Donna Grzegorek and the rest of his Professional Family.

I love this place. Im a new patient and wasnt sure what to expect. I always thought I had sensitive gums and I ALWAYS need lidocaine (topical and injection) before any cleaning. Once I got to the office I was greeted like I was family :-). Everybody was so warm and kind. The hygienist Tina was very friendly and most importantly she had a gentle hand. This might be the only cleaning that I have ever had that I didnt tear up or cringed. Then after my cleaning Dr. Napolitano came in and did my evaluation. He was so nice, kind and warm. It really felt like I was hanging out with family. He told me I had some cavities but not to worry every would be okay. We scheduled my next appointment and I was out the door happy and content. It was definitely an amazing visit. Definitely switching dentist :-) :-)

Visiting Innovative Dental Professionals is a "one of a kind" experience. From the moment you walk into the beautifully decorated office, the warmth and concern of the entire team is quite welcoming. This is important to me since I have been afraid of going to the dentist, all my life. Dr. Napolitano makes me feel like I am the only patient he has, when he is treating me. He takes as much time as I need to feel comfortable. He explains the procedures to me in great detail which keeps me relaxed through the entire appointment. Dr. Napolitano gave me his personal cell phone number so I could contact him at any time should I have a concern or question. I finally found my "dental home". Oh yes, I should mention my new dental work fits great and looks beautiful!

I haven’t had good experiences in the past with my dental care so I was very nervous when I walked into the building. At first glanced I noticed that the practice felt like I was at home. The building was so beautiful from the outside and the inside gave you such a warm feeling. The Innovative Dental Professionals are all very professional and made me feel like a member of the family. They were very detailed and explained step by step what they were doing. They always made sure to ask how I was doing and provided me with a lot of information on how to better care for my teeth, which will also help with my overall health. I would highly recommend Innovative Dental Professionals and look forward to my long term care.

I feel Im in good hands at Innovative Dental. Dr. Napolitano is sweet, patient, kind and extremely knowlogable. Donna (my favorite dental hygienist) is super nice, super attentive and very patient. She understands that every patient is different and every one had his/her own needs. She treats her patients as family and friends. She invests alot in her profession by giving 100% to her patients. Dr. Napolitano and Donna attend several conferences every year as well to stay up to date in their field. The office is neat, clean and classy. They also have patients cafe and snacks for our convenience which adds an extra welcoming touch. I will never trust anyone else with my smile.
