I will never go back here again. My children have been going for a few years and they have known about my daughter having an impacted tooth since she was little. It started causing her problems so we made and emergency appointment. We were told to take her to the orthidontist, we went to the one they recommended and got sent back to the dentist so the tooth could be removed. We waited 2 weeks until they could get us in just to be told we should have gone to an oral surgeon in the first place. More problems arose when we went to get the referral and all of a sudden they decided they didnt want to give us one and told us not only did they never say to see an oral surgeon but that they dont think the tooth should be removed because its an adult tooth even tho I know an adult tooth has never grown in that spot. Come to find out they dont take proper x rays that show below the gum line and the only records they keep are what dates the patient had been seen on. Luckily her pediatrician was able to give us the referral and the oral surgeon proved the dental office wrong it is a baby tooth and should have been removed sooner. Nothing about prior problems or any work done is recorded. In my opinion these people shouldnt be allowed to practice. Also their receptionists all have horrible attitudes and are unprofessional.

Oh my, where do I start? I had sat down to wait for my appt. A young man walks out from an exam room and tells the receptionists he was waiting 1 1/2 hrs for a teeth cleaning and he is out of here. They didnt say anything to him or react just went about their day. He then frustratingly tells all the clients waiting that he had a 12 noon appt and it is now 1:30 with no teeth cleaning. In hindsight I should have left too. The Xray technician was training ( I understand this) and hurt my mouth too many times to count cutting my gums and under my tonuge with the devices and Xray film. Taking longer as everytime she had to ask a colleague if the machine was lined up correctly while my eyes are tearing up from pain. Then I sit in the waiting area for 20 minutes. I was taken back to an exam room where I sat for 40 minutes until the Dentist came in checking for cavities (2 min). I told her about the Xray ordeal she said our film is big. OK! Then waited another 20 minutes for the hygenist to come in. I had to stop her as she hurt my mouth twice leaving the ultrasonic cleaner in the same place too long burning my gums. After almost 2 hours of this unpleasant experience I left. 4 hours later my mouth still hurts. *SIGH*

This place is terrible. Do not waste your time or money here. I went in for routine cleaning and check up. First everything seemed fine. They gave me xrays first which went fine. But as I started getting my teeth clean I began to realize how poor of work they do. First they used some rotary tool to clean my teeth. It was very rushed and they did not even cover every tooth and the teeth they did do were not fully cleaned. They did not touch the very back teeth. Then they did a brief polishing and said ok you are done. They did no fine scraping and they did not even floss my teeth. When I walked out of the office I scraped my back teeth with my finger nail and easily yielded tarter and plaque. Save your money and go to a real dentist. I reported these frauds to the insurance company. it was obvious that they where just trying to get me in and out for the money. Sorry but I am no fool and I know how teeth are supposed to be cleaned.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! since day one i have hated it here. only 2 reasons as to why i went there. #1 my insurance and #2 its 5 minutes from my house. they are nothing but rude inconsiderate people. EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM. even the dentist was SO quick to get me in and out. which brings me to my point.......... so today 1/4/2017 I called to complain about my tooth that was FIXED THERE. My filling had fallen out...... WOULD YOU BELIEVE THIS LADY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD LEARN HOW TO EAT?!?!?!? after 24+ years DONT YOU THINK I KNOW HOW TO EAT??? I DO NOT EVER SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO GO HERE........ ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.!!!!!!! my 3 year old went once and that was it. i can not express the level of DISGUST i have for this place. i can not believe there still a functioning place. by the way.....I didnt even want to give it 1star. was the only way i could post this though.ha

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for fillings in March/April 2015, which were done incorrectly. Ive had extreme pain in those teeth ever since, and am no longer able to eat with the side of my mouth the fillings are on. While in for fillings, they punctured through my gum while administering local anesthesia and injected into the base of my tongue as well, causing discomfort and distress for the next 24 hours as it took so much longer for the numbness to wear off. Im already an anxious dental patient, and their impersonal way of doing things made it so much worse. Ive been terrified to go back to a dentist and have their work corrected, instead living with the extreme pain. I implore you, save yourself the pain and misery, DO NOT GO HERE!

Hated every aspect of this place, went in for an emergency extraction they told me they couldnt do it until I was on antibiotics for 3 to 4 days but they did do a filling on the more infected of the 2 teeth and did nothing to cover the broken exposed tooth with the root visibly showing while they were spraying air and water in my mouth for a good half hour straight gagging me with suction, then prescribed me a nephrotoxic medicine after I told them that I have kidney disease and when I called to make the follow up appointment for the reason I went there in the first place, they have no openings for weeks :) awesome right? Also, theyre ac unit is broken and its 58°F in the entire facility.

Not only are the reviews for this place HORRIBLE I havent even been seen yet and am already displeased! I called at 10:18am..they open at 10...the girl who answers the phone tells me to call back to speak to a receptionist in 10 minutes. I asked "isnt this the line for emergencies???" She said yes, maybe the dentist or other ppl are running late...(what other ppl?) Also she told me she couldnt take my information to give to the dentist for a call back!!! What type of place is this!?!?!?! Im in excruciating pain right now and they give you the hardest time!!! NO THANK YOU. DONT GO HERE!!!

The absolute "WORSE"!! DO NOT GO HERE.. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK ARE WONDERFUL HOWEVER, THE DENTISTS ARE RUDE, PRESCRIBE YOU ANTIBIOTICS NOT INTENDED FOR THERE PURPOSE, LEAVE YOU IN PAIN FOR WEEKS, DISRESPECTFUL, DONT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH AMONG OTHER THINGS!! NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE A EMERGENCY LINE WHICH THEY DO NOT CHECK.. AT ALL!!! BETTER OFF GOING TO THE ER LIKE MYSELF!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Not to mention as soon as i get home Ill be reporting not just to my insurance company but to the correct higher ups!!! MY VOICE WILL BE HEARD!!!
