I got my xray at the harleysville location and it went as smooth as possible, both of the assistants were very helpful and did some extra digging for me so he could fill me in on how it was going to go down for me as far as billing with my insurance(i think his name was dillon). so many horrible receptionists/MAs out there so its nice when you bump into ones who smile and puts effort into their job. Today i actually had a procedure done at their souderton branch that the xray was for and i had something very rare and crazy going on with my tooth. i guess they had 1 Dr who able to handle it or he is just the lebron james of the office and tackled the really challenging stuff. Im a huge baby when it comes to teeth and at 30yrs old im still terrified of the dentist so i was freaking out a little bc i had no idea what i was in for. the MA or dental assistant(whatever their actual title is) calmed my nerves right away and was trying to do everything possible she could to make sure i was comfortable, even got me an ipod so i could listen to ottis redding while i was about to be abused/worked on. fortunately the abuse was all in my head bc they were excellent! usually if somebody was slicing open my gums and drilling holes in my teeth i would not like that person very much but he was very professional and friendly at the same time. both of them checked on me every 5 seconds to make sure i was doing ok and the novicane was still serving its purpose. I know whatever he did inside of my mouth was not easy and very complicated but i had a feeling when i left the office that i lucked out by having it done by him, and i still have to go back for some finishing touches but im confident that when the dust settles my mouth will be as good as new and will not have any further complications. I chose this place due to location and urgency but i am going to stay with them regardless of if i ever move out of the area or have a change in my insurance status. the quality of work up and down the board from the receptionist to the dentist was the best i have ever had, and i cant really put a price on walking into the most terrifying place i know(for me) and having nice genuine people to make the experience as good as possible. i dont usually do reviews but for me to leave a dentist and not hate my life says a lot about the place and deserved some recognition.

I transferred here from a local dentist office. I was nervous and did not know what to expect as I did not have a great experience at the other local dentist office. Everyone was so polite, caring, and compassionate. The place is so relaxing, inviting, and clean. They all made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I was amazed how they took the time to give me excellent care and covered all of my options with me. They work with you to give you the best dental care around. It was a plus that Dr. Weaver is a magician with Novocaine shots. I was so nervous about the shot, yet I didnt even feel it. Maria and Dr. Weaver were amazing!!! Dylan was also great at explaining all the details of insurance and payments. The whole experience was spectacular and I will be referring friends and family to them.

I was a patient at Weaver and Reckner my whole life until moving away from the area for college and a few years beyond. I had a cleaning with WRR today and was pleased to see that things are as good, if not better, than I remember. The employees from reception, to the hygienist, to the dentist are professional and courteous. I was greeted promptly, and the service that I was given went well beyond what I received at my prior dentist in terms of their care to ensure that I was comfortable and how thorough they were in the process. They also do a great job at explaining what they are doing and why they do it. I have been to three dentists total in my adult life, and WRR is without question the best around.

I just moved to Souderton and visited the office as a new patient. I had a serious problem with a permanent bridge and the teeth that anchored it. Dr. Reckner looked at the X-rays that I brought from my dentist in Florida. He examined the teeth and gave me all of the options for fixing them. He explained everything in detail and very clearly including probable costs for each option, which enabled me to make an informed decision. When I was checking out, Gabrielle offered to look up my insurance on the internet to determine what they might pay for the procedure. I was most impressed with the quality of service provided by Dr. Reckner and his staff.

I came to Weaver Reckner Reinhart Dental Associates for a second opinion and I am glad I did!! l couldnt be more pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of their team over at the Souderton office! I must have asked 30 questions and they were very thorough in their explanations which made me feel comfortable. Dr Weaver, Lauren, Melinda, Linda and all the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and it made my dentist visit a pleasant one. Have to honestly say that my experience today surpassed any expectations; to finally have a Dentist that actually considers the entire person as a whole and listens and responds was a totally new dynamic...was not even sure how to respond at the time. The assistant was marvelous and she made me feel like I was a human and she was so warm and comforting. Best dental associates you can find. I went in on New Years Eve after a week of excruciating pain due to wisdom teeth surgery, and they incredibly nice and pleasant (despite the short notice and holiday work). They also helped me understand why I was in so much pain and fixed it. They did a better job helping me heal post-surgery than the oral surgeons who removed my teeth did! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for friendly and knowledgeable dental care.

Today was my first visit and everyone was very friendly and kind. I had x-rays and a cleaning and was in and out in about an hour. The facilities were top-notch, with x-rays taken right in the room I had my cleaning done. Each room had a television screen, sunglasses for the bright lights, and I was even offered a heating pad to relax my neck. Many thanks to Melinda, Dr. Zeledon, and the rest of the staff for such a positive experience.
