Its been a long time since I had dental care. It wasnt by choice, it was simply that I had no insurance and couldnt afford it. 10+ years later, I noticed one of my teeth was caving in. It was painful and food was getting caught it in. I finally realised that money or no, I had to get help. Every google search I did, kept bringing Aspen up. So I went there. I knew I needed a lot of work, because I could feel the decay in several teeth. Gingivitis, 8 fillings, 5 crowns and a root canal. Seriously, no one would be happy hearing all that. The staff never judged me, never told me that I shouldve come earlier or anything of the sort. They actually consoled me, many of them asked if I was okay. Dr Chowdhury even said something to the affect of "we cant look at the past, we just have to look the present and future." I appreciate all of their support and understanding that this was not an easy amount of work to deal with. Both Doctor Blatt and Chowdhury really did put me at ease. When I told them I wanted my last tooth done before Halloween, they listen--even asked about and remembered my plans. The personal touch was and is another reason I returned over and over in the last few months. Ive been going to them from August until now the end of October, its been a long road, but I feel at ease that my mouth is now on the road to a healthy mouth that will last me for many many years to come. I have already highly recommend this office to several people and would do so again.

I have avoided the dentist for years and fate brought me to Aspen Dental in Cumming, GA and I was so angry at myself for all the time I wasted and pain I endured needlessly. I had an enjoyable experience at first, I even wrote positive reviews because I was so impressed. Then it all fell apart. I went to get my wisdom teeth extracted by the oral surgeon that comes into the office. Never met this man before, never saw this man before. So he pulls my teeth and all is swell...until I drive home and spit a piece of my tooth out. I think it must have been a fragment of a pulled tooth and think nothing more of it. When I am finally not numb anymore, I realized the doctor chipped one of my back teeth when he pulled my wisdom tooth! So I call in immediately and I am told that if I am not in any pain to schedule an appointment, I agree. The oral surgeon, however; only comes into the office at the end of the month...so I have to wait an entire month! Well, when I go back, after a months time...he glances in my mouth and tells me..."Oh, I didnt do that." With a straight face, after a month denial is the best thing you have? Then tells me to schedule an appointment with the dentist to have a crown put on...I will never return to this place! On top of all that, my crown that I had installed a year ago recently came out when I ate a sour patch kid! All that money I paid for it to fall out a year later. Good thing I did not let them crown the other tooth or I would be in a world of hurt.

Made an appointment with Aspen Dental 2 weeks in advance - received emails, texts and phone call confirmations - I show up for the appointment 15 mins early and the office is closed. I called the emergency line thinking I might be at the wrong location (although I double checked) and the nice lady said she would have someone call me back from the offices. A very rude man called me back and promptly said, "The office is closed, there is nothing we can do for you today. You can call back on Monday." After I quickly explained to him that I had a confirmed appointment, he abruptly said, "Ive told you there is nothing we can do for you, you can call back on Monday." I asked for his name 3 times and he would not provide it, then he hung up on me. Im pretty sure he was the DDS whose name is on the door. I have trouble making dentist appointments because I work weekdays so I need Saturday or late appointments. I was frustrated that I planned my day around this appointment and no one was there. Why would they schedule me if they werent open? And I felt I had to write this review when the Doctor or whoever called me was so rude to me. Aspen Dental customer service has been nice but whoever called me to "assist" was so rude. I will be calling back next week when I have a break from work to put in my complaint with the location personally.

My mother just had oral surgery where they put her under heavy anesthesia. They qouted her an hour for everything to be done her appointment started at 9 am and was not released till 11:15. I was told there were no complications but she was crying that temporarys were not fitting property. dentist was giving one instructions and the assistant different one they continue to ask her after just waking up from the anesthesia where she needed prescriptions taken to instead of asking me the care giver in their right mind. Needless to say they sent it to the wrong place then when I asked if they could fix it they said well how far away is the wrong one(as if it is not too far out we should just suck it up) then continued to tell me no they cant its too much trouble as if the 10 of thousands of dollars spent on this procedure wasnt worth the max 30 min it would have taken to fix it. this to me as for customer service I hope they dont expect us to somebody else to spend the same kind of money Or even much less for that treatment.

worst environment i have ever experience. Extremely Hostile feeling the minute you walking to the location. All the workers are complaining and crying about how the Dr. dictating how the world should revolve and i cannot have people work on my mouth while the subordinates are in fear. I am already afraid to go to the dentist and then on top of that i do not want individuals that are working on me afraid. Someone from management needs to spend a month or 2 to understand why there is cultural issue in this location. i would not recommend this location. I prefer to go to a business where all the employees are happy. If the staff is complaining, why would i risk my mouth/smile with those individuals. I would recommend going somewhere else. Someone in the management needs to tell the doctor that we are not in the middle east or Asia, this is America and he need to start adapting to our culture not the other way around. There are plenty of other dentist in Cummings please do not select this on even if its your last choice.

DO NOT use this facility for dental. They quote you on the phone a price of $399 for dentures and when you arrive try to upsell you to $798 up to $2897 but yet on the phone while you are there you hear them quoting the price of $399 to other patients. Our appointment was at 3:15 p.m. we arrived 30 minutes early - they took us in immediately and put my mom in the chair at 3:10 p.m. but then the ENTIRE STAFF left and went to lunch. EXCUSE ME, you go to lunch while you have your patient laying in the chair waiting to get services for an appointment which you arrived for in time? Then the receptionist comes in stating that while you are waiting they want to collect 50% of the payment. The first visit was to be FREE... yet we still didnt even get to see the dentist who went to lunch for an hour and she is trying to collect money upfront? Very UNPROFESSIONAL, very MISLEADING and absolutely very DECEIVING! I would NEVER ever recommend this office to any patient or any client.
