The staff were very polite and professional. However, unless you are able to pay out of pocket upfront for your Vist and dental needs or however have insurance that will cover all if not most then expect to pay them for 4 or more years monthly with high interest making your bill double in the end. Also be sure to get checked by another dentist if you feel your results are not right. My husband does not have dental insurance so I Googled cheap dentist near me and this place popped up on their website it said $120 simple extraction so I called to make an appointment they did give me a free consultation which was very nice and the staff was very professional and polite however in the end they threw in all these other things they would like to do before they would pull out his tooth and the dentist was not comfortable with pulling it so he wanted to it to be surgically removed by a specialist which we did not agree with because my husband had a tooth similar to that problem that got pulled out by different dentist without being surgically removed so therefore we got it checked by another dentist and it did not need to be surgically removed it got a simple extraction which they refused to give him all because the dentist who is supposed to specialize in teeth did not feel comfortable removing it with a simple extraction. Also a simple extraction on the website said it starts at $120 however the consultation clerk told me it started and 160 so they also need to update their profile. Happy with the cleanliness of this place and the staff not happy with feeling lied to in the end and wasting my time.

We drove from Athens for an emergency appointment scheduled for 2pm for a cavity filling and couldnt leave until 12:45 due to work obligations. At 1:57 when we saw we were stuck in gridlock traffic around the corner from the office, we called and said we were around the corner and would be there very soon and they said that was fine but to hurry. "If you can get here in 5 minutes that would be great." We arrived 8 minutes later to find the office locked - no phone call or warning that they would leave so capriciously. While I understand that no doctor wants to wait around for their patient to arrive, Im still very disappointed in the way it was handled. We called to inform them of our tardiness and were not told that they would leave without telling us. Poor communication and poor manners.

Staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean. Unfortunately i showed up to the office in horrible pain with a tooth that needs a root canal in the office and the endodontist cannot get me in for a consultation for over a week. I was sent away from the office with an antibiotic and motrin after i told the dr i had been taking motin for two days every 6 hours, waking up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain and the motrin was not controlling my pain. I would have been happy with a temporary nerve block, anything to not feel the pain for a few hours, but instead I have spent the past two days in horrible pain. I know once the antibiotic takes effect the pain will ease, but i do not feel that my pain was taken seriously at this office.

Went in Tuesday for initial exam, and extraction of the last 7 teeth on the top so I can get a top plate. They done the exam and explained everything I needed done on the bottom as well as the extractions, done a treatment plan for everything and another for just the removal and a top plate. I chose to hold off on the top plate for the moment. They had a cancellation for that afternoon and and then came back and said they could take me back in 30 minutes to get started. Dr. Parich made sure I was well numbed before starting and if I felt pain he gave me another shot if novacaine, he was very gentle with the procedure. I had minimal bleeding and swelling afterwards, and was very pleased with his work. I will return for further treatment.

They knew that I needed a crown before I had a VERY IMPORTANT business function to attend. They knew this a month out. The day before my appointment, they called to cancel at the last minute, saying the crown had not come in and they blamed it on "the lab." They were late getting to me anyway because they previously cancelled one of my appointments due to WEATHER. When I am done with this one, Im probably done with Aspen for good. The people are nice, I guess, but clearly they do not have the patients best interest at heart. I dont understand how you can get dentures so quickly, but not ONE CROWN? Very, very, very unhappy.

The staff at Aspen Dental are professional and courteous. The dental hygienist is easily the best in the business. Dr. Parekh was friendly and took his time and made sure to answer any questions that I had. Nadia, Destiny and Sarah worked as a team to make sure that Dr. Parekh had all of the necessary tools to get the job done in a timely manner. The dental assistants at Aspen Dental at are clearly a cut above the rest. I didnt encounter the rest of the staff during my fast visit, but I am sure that they perform their duties flawlessly to keep this office running like a well-oiled machine. A+

I love this place because the minute you walk in they test you like your a person and not a paycheck. I was very comfortable and when talking with Ashley that handle most of the business side was very knoweledgeable and not once had to leave her office to answer any question I threw at he and I have had to be back once a week for an adjustment or soft feline and not once did the staff make me feel like I was bothering them they are a great group of people at the gainesvile, Georgia office. Thank you to every one who works they you guys are the best

They are absolute lying crooks. They told me I needed a $1,500 cleaning and had advanced gum disease when Ive never had a problem or cavity in my life. They flat out refused to do a normal cleaning. I went to a REAL dentist for a normal cleaning, paid 65$ and was told everything looked great. Same exact thing for my husband. They wanted him to spend $3,500 on cleaning and fillings. The GOOD dentist wanted to do a crown in addition to a deep cleaning and fillings, yet the price was over a thousand dollars less! Absolutely disgusted.

Overall I had a good experience. My initial appointment went well and everyone was courteous and professional. The wait was a little long but my appointment was right before a holiday. The only thing I dont like is the same everywhere, you cant afford to have the work done that is needed and if you dont have good credit you cant get it financed so you have to suffer. I am actually back with a possible abscess so we will see what if anything can be done to atleast get me out of pain.

I am a new patient and didnt know what to expect. Evereyone was friendly, courteous and professional. X-rays were taken and used as a guide for our discussons. It was clear I needed some deep scaling due to pockets. I was provided a quote and was able to get in the following day. My appointment for cleaning and periodontal work went quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed with how they run their business and expect to be using them for a long time to come.
