1st, I would like to thank Barbara for getting me an appt. today. I had the worse weekend. I had an abscess in my back molar and I was in a lot of pain. 2nd, The office is clean and professional and the staff is kind and very friendly. 3rd, The level of care is outstanding!!! I have been in the medical field for over 18 years and Jamie the dental Asst and the good Doctor are skilled and work very well together. He is probably the most skilled Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of having worked on me. He was respectful and had a great personality. 4th, After the procedure I was feeling very light headed and nauseated, They went above a beyond in my opinion by providing me with juice and snacks and were very concerned about my well being. 5th, I had my child with me because it was Spring Break and I could not find anyone to watch him. The staff was kind to him and kept him occupied. I was both grateful and relieved that he safe and happy. In closing, customer service is very important to this dental practice. They go above and beyond to provide a positive experience. I hope this review help them to grow their practice because anybody that puts this much attention to detail in what they do needs to be the largest practice in North Georgia. Dont get me wrong, I still dont like going to the Dentist. I never had since I was a kid, but Dawsonville Distinctive Dentistry make the experience much more wonderful.

In our 8 years of living in the Dawsonville area, my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Michelle ( we havent met Dr. Manzur, yet) and Dawsonville Distinctive Dentistry. During that time we have found that the words used by the practice to describe and define itself are totally true: "gentle", "state-of-the-art", "comfort", "understanding", and "wide range of general and cosmetic services". We have had crowns made onsite, and one of us has benefited from their adult orthodontic capability. Treatment plan alternatives are proposed, and fees are very reasonable. What more could you ask for? The hygiene and dental assistant staff is exceptional, and we continue to be impressed by the sensitivity with which the total practice interacts with its patients. We are fortunate to have Dawsonville Distinctive dentistry available to us in this part of North Georgia. P.S. We have now met Dr. Mansur, and the practice is the same as before: friendly, efficient, professional. No question; we will continue to use Dr. Mansur and his staff for our dental needs.

Im a little dentist shy, but this might have been the best dental experience Ive ever had. I had my cleaning with Jennifer, and it was wonderful. She was so considerate and thorough. I also met with the doctor and have worked out a plan to get my issues taken care of. He was gentle and meticulous. I dont think Ive ever felt as comfortable at a dentist appointment. Very happy I chose them and looking forward to resolving my issues and staying on a maintenance plan. The office is luxury comfortable rather than waiting room decor, and for me that went a long way to reduce stress. Everyone is so thoughtful and friendly, and that says something nowadays. Highly recommend.

OMG!!!!! This is from a person who doesnt like going to the dentist…But circumstances from a broken tooth forced me to seek a local dentist…After conferring with my neighbor, I ended up in this office under the care of Dr.Manzur and his staff…From Juanita, to Julie to Jamie, and then Dr. Manzur , my experience was way more than I expected…..I dont think I have ever felt more comfortable in a dentist office….I had my first root canal and Dr.Manzur was very gentle and his expertise was quite evident…Thank yall from the bottom of my heart for making me feel as calm as I could be under the circumstances…...

Dawsonville Destinctive Dentistry is awesome! I love how forthcoming they are with pricing information because I dont have dental insurance. The staff is incredibly helpful and caring. Julie, my hygienist is very careful and does a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Manzur and Dr. Michelle are both great dentists and I have only ever had good experiences.

When I entered the parking lot, I was captivated by the beautiful garden outside. As I took my two children inside, we felt very comfortable in the welcoming ambiance and were quickly served. Dr Manzur has taken the great responsibility of being my dentist and never would I have imagined that I could have found someone that suit all my dental needs!

It was a Professional, personable experience. The staff took the time to listen and hear. Alternatives were provided to help me. I highly recommend this practice!! I returned today 5/16 for additional work which included a root cannal and crown and more. Very professional and patient driven! Two thumbs up to Doctor Manzur and all the staff!

Honest and Gentle. I say "honest" because my experience has been that Dr. Michelle isnt in a big hurry to drill or scale when there is a question of those procedures being necessary at the moment. And "gentle" because the doctor and hygienists are so careful to not inflict pain. Office staff is excellent--courteous and professional.
