While Dr. Nagar and her staff are very pleasant, more needs to be done in the way of patient education. I understand that as a patient, it is my responsibility to research my insurance and treatment options, but being told AFTER having all of my teeth removed that my insurance will not cover dentures, that I must pay out of pocket ($1600 per plate) was a shock that left me sincerely pissed. SOMEONE in the office could have said, "Hey, before we pull 27 teeth and happily bill your insurance company about $100 a piece for them, did you know that your insurance does NOT pay for dentures and youll have to pay for them yourself?". That would have been good to know BEFORE I was left toothless and trying to figure out how to come up with the money just to be able to chew again.

This office is the best! All of the staff are very professional and obviously cross trained to work in any situation in the office. I am always very comfortable and happy with the work I have had done. I have had several fillings and never had the first problem. The doctor and staff are very efficient and caring. Everyone in the office can answer any question that you have about your treatment because they are all very knowledgeable. The girls in the front office work very hard to check your insurance and give you the best possible scenario. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to my family, friends or anyone needing any type of dental treatment.

This group is very unprofessional! The only thing I ever had done with them was have 3 fillings. And ALL of the teeth they filled I had to have root canals on. They couldnt adjust my bite nor tell me why my gums bled so easily. I paid them in full but when they found out that I switched dentist they sent me a bill within 2 days of getting my records and then sent me to collections. The front office staff works as a hygienist as well.

I had been coming to Dawson dental for 3 years now with two teens. The doctor and entire staff are patient and they follow up with me to see if recovered well from each treatment. I had clinical treatments as well as cosmetic work and beyond satisfied with the results. The practice provides Hollywood level service in little corner in Dawsonville. I recommend this practice to anyone as I am extremely happy with them!

I had 2 crowns done by Dr. Nagar. She was extremely gentle and informative throughout the procedure. I am very dental phobic and did not experience any anxiety at her office. The hygienist was very thorough during my cleaning as well. I am so glad that Ive found my new dental home and would recommend Dawson Dental Group to anyone!

Came in on a Friday around 4pm. with a chipped tooth. The doc had already left for the day..... but the staff texted her and she turned around, with her children I might add, to come and put a temp cap! The doc was AMAZING!! The ladies and Gent were all so patient and very pleasant! thanks again everyone!

Ive been a patient for the past few years and have no complaints! The care was really excellent. The dental hygienist Christy rocksJ!!!!!!! She is the best hygienist Ive ever encountered and this is coming from a Senior Citizen who has had many cleanings. I highly recommend this team!!!!!!!!!

This office is amazing, me and my family have been going here for 2 years and we have always had a wonderful experience. The visits are fast and friendly and there is never to long of a wait for an appointment. The staff is very helpful and informative, expecially the front desk clerk Brett!

I recently went to Dawson Dental and was treated by Dr. Nagar. It was horrible! 10 days later and Im still in pain. Went for a follow up and she visibly did not care. I would advise anyone not to go there unless you enjoy intense pain.
