I LOVE MY BENTLEY

Greetings, My family and I are from Beverly Hills and 1st time bringing our child to the office. My impression of Dr Chang was truly degrading. This lady shows absolutely no compassion for children what so ever! Their was no introduction from her as to who she was and she was not interested in who were were either. She started to examine my childs mouth without even speaking to her either. Extremely Rude and shows no professionalism at all! We were not satisfied neither was my child. As she examined my childs mouth she was very forceful which triggered pain and an uncomfortable setting. At this point we decided that we would definitely not be returning for any additional treatment. I would absolutely not recommend putting no child through this type of experience!

Cant say enough about this office! Dr Elamin and her assistant were so gentle, comforting, and knowledgeable with my two boys. I will never go anywhere else again. I took my boys here for a second opinion (actually third) after a not so great experience elsewhere. I came in expecting to go through just another exam, get a treatment plan and leave. But they were able to do the recommended sealants and a couple fillings that same visit. No joke, I was in and out in an hour and a half. The office manager and staff were amazing as well. The office is super clean, inviting, and a lot of fun for kids. A 2 story treehouse? Come on, awesome! Exceeded my expectations, highly recommend!

My family who has a set of the cutest twins. We took one of the twins .... my adorable little nephew to Dr Ohkyoung Chang and we were so disappointed and dissatisfied with her work ethic. Dr Ohkyoung Chang professionalism was not up to our expectation. My nephew was not happy with her and beg us not to take him back after she diagnosed him in correctly. She informed my family of a lot of work that was not needed after they received another opinion from another specialist of 35 years. The staff seem to be a little delightful but Dr Chang did not impress me nor my family. We were not pleased with her and will not be back.

So my 9yr old had an emergency where his 2 front adult teeth and Dr.Chang was amazing and spent 3hrs trying everything she could do to save his teeth and all the staff was wonderful and helped my other kids in the waiting room. Everyone was AMAZING including other patients who patiently waited for dentist as she worked on my sweet boy. Everyone was so helpful and I cant sing there praises enough!! Highly recommend them!! Did i also mention they have lots of fun games and movies for kids to help them be excited to go.

If you miss two appointments you get kicked out of the practice and thats what she told me. I have a four year old that has four crowns well they said it to the Dr discretion to fix a tooth they put in for a 1000.00 so the Dr there that decided that she was not going to fix it for free. So the sedation center told me they would thank goodness because I didnt have the money.

Very unethical and dishonest. Did not ask my permission (to charge me) or verify with my insurance to do full mouth x-rays and billed me over $100 per child! I have never had a practice do this without authorization.

Their phones are always busy, we missed one appointment for our daughters dental cleaning because our daughter was sick, I tried to call them 3 times , their phones were busy they still charged us fine

We love Dr Chang and the entire staff. They are friendly and professional. Dr Chang and her assistant did a great job with my daughter. I am very happy with their care. Highly recommend them.

The doctors and overall service was great. However, their billing process was a disaster. They billed our insurance incorrectly over and over which led to a huge hassle with our HSA.
