My family and I have been patients here for over ten years, and we are continuously impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable their staff is. I recently had to make a trip over to Urgent Care for a broken foot. I interacted with five different staff members—Juan at the front desk, the nurse who checked me in, the nurse who took my X-rays, the nurse who wrapped my foot, and Dr. Selena Buongiorno—each of whom were genuinely kind, attentive, and experienced. Dr. Buongiorno went above and beyond to make sure I would get an appointment the following morning with an orthopedic surgeon in the area, who was also exceptional. As always, I was extremely satisfied with my visit and left feeling generously cared for. :)

My wife and I have been Dr. Apicellas patients for several years and have always had a very good experience with staff and dr. The wait you may experience is well worth the time you spend with Doctor A. Hes very thorough and thanks to his attention to detail, he discovered a spot on my lung which turned out to be non small cell lung cancer. Because of his early detection and my immediate action, this cancer was surgically removed and I am now cancer free.

Waited over 45 minutes to be called, then made to sit in a FREEZING COLD room for over an hour. Had to complain in order to get someone to come see my daughter. No customer service, no management of expectations. Someone should stop in and let you know how long or apologize. Nothing. Very disappointed

I have been seeing Dr. Apicella for many years. I give him credit for making my senior years better. Hes honest, most of all he listens to your concerns. If I am having surgery or taking a new medicine I check with him first. No words can say "thank you" enough for the way he has taken care of me.

Rude and impatient service from the person who works the phone. I asked her to hold on while I changed my phone from speaker and I was abruptly hung up on. Definitely a bad 1st impression. I think I will go somewhere else.
