I have been a patient of Omni Healthcare, Indian Harbour Beach since becoming an area resident 6 years ago. I felt it was about time that I share with you what a wonderful and caring staff they have there. I lost my job recently, and with it, my qualification for universal health care. I was in need of my medication. When I called and explained my situation, Miranda immediately went to bat for me, giving me names of community resoures that might be available for me. Dr. Vlasii came to my aide as well, providing me with a prescription to renew my medication to present to the salvation army outreach center. When stopping in to pick up my prescription, the office manager, Anne, got involved without my prompting! She went over and above what many humans would do when hearing someone was in need. Anne offered me her help. Her emotional support. She even offered to hand deliver my resume to the powers that be! I would be honored to work amoung such A plus individuals as these and for a company that obviously employs the best of the best!!!

This doctors office was unorganized. 1hr or more wait times to be seen. Also, I tried to get a referral to a specialist and was asked to wait a week to hear back. After I called them back 2WEEKS later they told me the specialist doesnt take my insurance and to go look for a specialist myself and get back to them!!!!!! Completely lazy Please note I have no issues with Dr. Vlasii, just her staff that handles paperwork and organization (or lack there of). Note: This office has multiple accounts on google maps, the other main account has 5 reviews with an avg 2 star rating.

I recently moved to the area and had to find a Dr to replace my years of the same Dr. I was pleased with everything? The atmosphere, the wait time was less than I expected, the politeness of the staff, the thoroughness of the nurse as well as the Dr. Vlasil. Most importantly I left feeling cared for and listened to. Dr. Vlasil took her time to listen to my history and concerns and explain or suggest changes for my ongoing well being. Very impressed! Thank you.
