This "doctor " is an idiot! His office is very unorganized. His receptionists and nurses come and go he cant keep track of who shows up for appointments and who doesnt. I was charged a fee because of a supposed no show back in 2015 but Im being told this now??? No, first off you wait to see him for an hour to two hours then for him to come in and see you for max 10 minutes. He sees and cares about his favorites over you. And no offense but he cares more about the Spanish people than the others. Everytime I would go see him in the morning at 9am when I was scheduled he was ALWAYS LATE. They would call me all the time and say they had to cancel my appointment on me because he was going to be out of the state! Hes always leaving! He shoved medications at you instead of addressing the real problems. He seems irritated by his choice of career path. He seems irritated with patients. I have seen this idiot for 3 years now and he is rude, no bedside manor, and he is argumentative. Do not go see him! Dont pay to see him, dont see him just because he takes medicaid! Bad "doctor " bad reputation and there has to be a reason all of his employees leave! If you hear his name keep on looking for a different person! He sucks!!!!!

This doctor is such an ASS. He will talk over you, tell you are wrong and blatantly not listen to any of your complaints regarding your OWN body. Will not take the time to look at films that were just taken, will NOT look at any of your documentation and will treat you like a piece of trash for seeking help for your ailments. The front office is an absolute joke! Of course the doctor wont listen to you if you have a mild complaint about the front office giving wrong information, not collecting information or taking five days to return a call. Just brush it off and assume its the patient who has been waiting for a call backs fault! There are other doctors who care and will take care of you. Bypass this one.

His front staff refuses to answer the phone. Despite over 5 attempts kver a week to get through and leaving voicemail, not one returned call. Had to drive to office to get a refill for sons asthma medicine and they lut i. The wrong refill. Wouldnt amswer phone to fix. So i drove to the place. Again. They were closed at 1pm on a Friday. So its urgent care for us. Crazy to think that you get better care at urgent care or an ER than from your PCM. Staff absolutely do not care about the patients or followup. I will be lodging a complaint with Tricare to remove this office from the list. Perhaps i can save another military family from such unprofessional behavior.

Dr. Aries has been my doctor for over a year and he has always listened but he also has a lot to say about my health so I have to listen he is a good doctor and some people need to learn patience. Ive never left a review in my life but there are unkind words about him in a review and felt that that just wasnt right..

Hes done well by me & my husband . Takes time to listen to us and responds. Maybe it is the patients attitude toward him & staff. Im happy to have him for my family dr. Will continue to see him as I have for the past few yrs.
