Para mi era una de las mejores Clinicas que existian en miami hace 4 años,hoy por hoy,pienso que no puede existir una mas mala,solo dare dos ejemplos,en junio fui a inyectarme y estuve esperando 1 hora y media y no me atendieron,me tuve que ir sin que me atendieran,hoy fui a very a la doctora que me atiende por una emergencia y me querian cobrar $75.00 por no tener appoiment y la clinica vacia,Es una falta de respeto total,resultado mas nunca vuelvo a Pisar ese lugar,por ultimo la muchacha de la recepcion Es la persona menos profecional para ese puesto,sin mas espero que algun dia les cierren la clinica

AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE!!! To be honest, I think they have the most incompetent people working there that they could find. My father went for a check up because he had a sore throat. All they did was prescribed him with medicine that never treated what he had. My father went 3 times in a year and they were never capable to identify he actually had throat cancer. Turns out I myself looked up pictures of throat cancer and it looked very similar to what my father had, we went to emergency at a hospital and my father was treated but it was too late by then. those stupid people working at FOX Medical Center never told him what he really had and kept giving him medication that didnt help him at all.

The nurses are helpful and nice, however, the reception service sucks! No one knows anything, if you ask a question itll go through 5 different people before anyone gives you an answer. Theyre disorganised. Be prepared to wait hours coming here too. Took 2hr15 to do blood work and a TB test. Was supposed to have a physical but the Dr had already left that day (as Id been there over 2hrs) so some other Dr came to see me (after much complaining that I couldnt return another day due to work) and the physical consisted of asking me questions such as where Im from as well as listening to my heartbeat

This doctors office used to be very very good. I am not sure what happened but theres been a drastic change. Now there is much less attention to the patient and much more concerned about getting paid. Its a shame that just because the success of this location has gone up and they get more foot traffic the service has fallen drastically and has compelled me to search for a different doctors office. I would like to add an exceptionally loud "YOU SUCK" for the receptionist because i am not sure how but they foind a way of sucking at what they do.

This place is disgusting walls look like they have not been paint over 10 yrs the vinyl floor look like they have been waxed cleaned or changed in over to many years. Smells nasty something needs to be done for something considered to be a medical building or plaza the state should be involved to do something about this nasty inviroment. They should be ashamed to work out of this building. Intolorable

I enjoyed my Dr.s visit today they have OUTSTANDING Doctors I was completely impressed how the staff members were absolutely pleasant, very professional, everyone were smiling and super-friendly. In addition to that, my wait time wasnt long, they are now offering a FREE complemantary glass of ice-cold lemonade. In my opinion thats a nice jester, while you wait. Regards, Satisfied patient

As a gym owner Im constantly on the go and always looking for more energy. Dr. fox (which is also my primary physician) recommend the IV treatment and b12 shot down stairs in the new spa. Its been about a month since my first treatment and I couldnt be happier! Energy levels, focus and stress management has been the best its been for a while. Thank you Dr: Fox for the recommendation!

I have very bad experience with this terrible place , they dont know their work you have to lead them to work and you have to explain to them what they have to do so then they try to do it , and even if you have an appointment you have to wait 2 hours at least so if you have an emergency case and you dont have an appointment ,they will wait until you die!! Do not recommended it ...

I am so happy I found this place! The staff are all so friendly & knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They offer so many different services that I did not even realize were available in Miami. I look forward to my weekly B12 shots, and am excited to find out what other services I can take advantage of!! Highly recommend checking them out!!
