I just called this doctors office and HAVE NEVER been treated so rudely before by an appointment specialist. KARINA has the WORST bedside manner and ability to be cordial to people calling to schedule appointments. I explained that I had chest pain. Immediately she snaps back with well I need to be able to tell the doctor why you arent going to the ER vs coming here. The attitude and tone that she took with me over this was unwarranted and it continued throughout the conversation. Im not in your practice - kid gloves woman! Geez. She practically chewed my head off. Then, I explained that I needed a first appointment. She said doctor doesnt come in until 9am. I asked if anyone else in the practice did. She said yes but they dont share patients. OK I Just got done telling you that I had chest pains and now youre going to book me as a new patient with the other doctors for end of March (March 20th to be exact and she had to throw in that I would be the 3rd in that slot - this practice triple books appointment times). I KNOW Dr. Goldstein would not be pleased with the tone or bitchy attitude that I was getting from his practice when I was simply trying to schedule an appointment due to something that I am frightened about. I asked to speak to someone else, was put on hold for 30 seconds and was disconnected by Karina. I am beside myself that doctors let these types of people sit in front of their care. Im so disgusted I want to throw up. 10 minutes wasted, no appointment scheduled and chest pain still. Now I have to go back to work. Im so sick to my stomach.

This review is for the front office. It was my first appointment and I just had a baby and was a bi sick so made an appointment with Dr. Goldstein. I was surprised that during the appointment set up I wasnt asked my insurance info , since most offices verify prior to you getting there. I filled out all my paperwork and ws ready for him, even made the changes with the insurance company. When I arrived my cell phone died, what a luck of mine. The woman at the reception asked me for my insurance card and number i couldnt find it but I know it can be looked up on their computer with my social she gave me an attitude and said ill try. I asked her to borrow the office phone so i can call and get that info she said no. She found the number and said I dont see they updated your doctor I told her i spoke to them and they did all we had to do was call. She said yes call and she needs a reference number. I asked her if i can borrow their phone since mine died, she asked is it really dead?!? I said yes. She said well no you cant we have too many lines and two other women sitting next toher just shugged their shoulder saying i dont care. I was taken back on the customer service you can tell was sick and my daughter too and all i had to do was make a quick call. she said ill cancel your appointment you can reschedule. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE By the african american lady in the front and the two heavy set women .

Dr. Zoie is amazing. He is very kind, he will send you the results almost the same day (if it is possible) and will always reply to your messages if you have questions. I have never been ignored by this doctor and I get reply same day. He will listen to you and he actually cares about you. Due to my health situation I am now referred to another doctor and each time I come to their office I feel really sad that my doctor is not Zoie. Really good doctor, I highly recommend.

Doctor Zoie is the best Dr. I have ever been to. I have tried so many and been so disappointed. He is on top of your health and cares about the patient he is with(me, me me). I will never look for another doctor again I just know it. The office staff are awesome "you know when you get that lil snot person on the phone in most offices = not here you get a friendly voice and they will do everything they can to make your day. He really cares about you. His staff is very caring and very professional always willing to help. Dr. Goldstein is the best. After having my first appointment with him a couple years ago I will never go to another family docotor. I even find it hard going to other doctors because It always seems like they are in a rush to get you out. Dr. Goldstein takes the time to listen to whats truly wrong. Hes the best!

I love Dr. Zoie. This is a great practice. I was impressed on my first visit and they never disappoint. The staff is always fantastic. The wait time is usually minimal It is almost a pleasure to come to the doctor. I have referred several people to Westside Primary and they love Dr Goldstein as well.
