First and foremost, theres a 1 star review due to the fact that a particular insurance isnt accepted, which is idiotic at best. Moving on to an ACTUAL review... Dr. Kerr and her office are by far the best, all the staff Ive interacted with have been down to earth and caring individuals. As for Dr. Kerr herself, she makes feel comfortable, she takes the time to ask question and most importantly, she LISTENS to the response. One thing I truly appreciate the most is the fact, shell return with even more questions​ to pinpoint what shes dealing with. Shes not a blanket diagnosis Dr. I wish I found her a decade ago... In addition I changed employers and am no longer able to keep her as a PCP but I can see her for Urgent care and even though the copay is higher, I still go to her when allowed rather than my new PCP. That should tell you something.

Just called for an appointment and I am a little surprised that Dr. Kerr does not take Coventry HMO- Open Access with Broward Schools. She is the only doctor I have called since moving back to Broward that does not take any HMO. That OK, there are plenty of other doctors out there. It is her loss of business.
