Terrible! Today, 10/2/2012 I had an appointment for 11.30 am and had to fast as it was an ultrasound. Arrived at 11.15, signed up, paid my copay and waited, waited, waited... Few patients who came after me were let in before me (seems that they know someone who works there). Pizza and drinks deliveries went in and out. Finally after an hour or so I got upset and knocked on the window to ask what is going on. Few minutes later they called me in. I was so hungry as due to fasting I had nothing to eat since day before! They do not respect their patients, patients time. I am their patient for about 2-3 years as well as others in my family are, and we have been to all three offices (Doral, Pembroke Pines and Hialeah) but it is always the same. Expect to wait forever. Never ever I had to wait fo less than 40 minutes. Dr Cheryl Case Diaz is nice and the only reason we were coming back but all others deserve no respect since they dont respect their patients anyway. Try your luck and spend your money somewhere else, unless you have all the free time in the world! Family Medical Center in Pembroke Pines, FL. Facility dirtier than in a third world country. Waiting time worse than in a third world country. Services worse than in a third world country. But at least the prices are American.

Dr Case-Diaz has been great and my primary Dr. The office staff however, DISASTER!! I have had nothing but problems getting RX refills and when they decline it for whatever reason , there will be no call from the Dr or follow up. Just a denial by the Pharmacy. Reaching out to office to discuss furtheralternate treatment results in "oh, you need an appointment for that. Does 30 days from now work?" Really, no meds no callback and this is the treatment? Would give less that a star if i could

Very poor Dr. Office. I had a 11:45 appt and was not seen until 1:00. then they only took my blood pressure and weight. After another 30 minutes i decided to leave. the office was dirty and and items (seat, walls, chairs, etc) were in disrepair. I was only there to get a physical but i will NEVER go there again.

They are all caring and very conscious of what ever situation you are facing... including financial.. Very considerate when Obamacare priced me out.
