Please DO NOT give this establishment your business. I am not one to regularly leave reviews (especially negative) but my experience was so poor that I want to be sure other people are warned before spending hard earned money here. From the moment I walked in I was not greeted and completely ignored at the front desk. Once seen (30 minutes late) I took advantage of the new client special of X-rays, exam, and cleaning for $56. I was then told I needed a "gingivitis" cleaning for another $99 and they would not perform a regular cleaning until 2 weeks passed. I was also charged extra for a prescription mouthwash. They assured me I would not be charged at my next visit since I had already paid for my cleaning. Two weeks later (today) I arrived and was asked to pay another $30 for fluoride. This was not mentioned during my previous visit. I declined. My hygienist then told me I would need to pay $1,000+ for a "deep cleaning" or else she would not perform any cleaning at all. I told her I could not afford that, and insisted that a basic cleaning would be better than NO cleaning...but she refused. She then told me about a woman who she saw earlier in the week who also expressed feeling "scammed" out of her money by this same situation. **I must mention however BOTH hygienists I saw during my visits were wonderful. Rachel was very professional, polite, and I really appreciate her effort. However, when I got to the front desk Abby became extremely rude and abrasive. She told me she would only refund me $12. $12?!? She insisted that because I took advantage of the new client special that was all she could refund me even though I had no cleaning done. When I became frustrated and asked for a breakdown of their prices, she told me I "had a bad attitude". Her tone was sarcastic, and un-professional from our first encounter. She did offer to raise the refund to $20 and I accepted. I then asked to speak to the dentist personally to inform him of my poor customer service, and she aggressively told me I could wait until he was done with all 6 of his clients for the day. It has now been 2 weeks and $170+ and I have not had my basic cleaning. I will NEVER be returning, and am very disappointed in my overall experience. I spent a lot of time researching new dentists in the Orlando area, and was really hoping this would be a positive outcome. I feel scammed.

**WARNING**MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ALERT** Absolutely horrible place, the management does not train their staff. The management expects all new hires to know how to work their systems from day one. This is an absurd way to run a business. Any business that sets unrealistic standards does not care about their patients. It is unconscionable to expect new hires to work like senior staff on day 1 without even receiving the proper training. This company wastes their patients time by hiring people and not training them. In addition, having a staff not properly trained is a great way for a medical malpractice case to arise. If you care about your teeth, dont go to this establishment. Find a Dentist with properly trained associates. Find a Dentist who takes the time and care to train their staff so patients are treated and cared for correctly. Your smile is most important, dont let this place ruin that.

Very Professional office staff and friendly. Appointment reminds by text and auto add to my calendar. Pain free teeth cleaning left with a smile. Can highly recommend, 5*+ .. I been procrastinating for several decades on having my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr Morales, provided me with an excellent diagnosis for why it was recommended treatment. I was scheduled in; all costs of what was to be performed was clearly explained to me, what I was responsible for and what the insurance would cover. All options were provided and I felt enabled to select the procedures I wanted and not other options. Anyway, Wisdom teeth extraction was pain free ! Now a day after the procedure; following the treatment plan , still pain free. Thanks and Kudos to the whole team! My Mum says thanks too , her Crown is great !!

Ha sido la mejor experienza que haya tenido al visitar una oficina dental, donde la mayor parte llegamos con el temor de lo que le haran en su boca. Pero comenzando con la sala de la reseccion, la administracion,las enfermeras y radiologas lo hacen sentir en paz y tranquilo para el encuentro con el Dr. quien esuna maravilla profecional. I have had bad experiences with different dental doctor visits. As it was my first time here, as new patient I was skeptical, but my visit went like a breeze. The office gave me a call before to remind me about my visit, which was great I tend to forget my appointments. Moreover the office staff was friendly and co-operative. The hygienist was nice and Doctor was good as well. The best thing I liked about this clinic was they dont try to rip you off with unnecessary procedures,like some other dental offices. Only complain was the x-ray device its too big to fir in a normal mouth and can hurt sometimes, I am sure there are smaller versions of this available, maybe its time for them to update this. But anyway I would recommend this Doctor to anyone I know.

front desk staff very rude . i called 2 hours ahead of time too reschedule my appoint and i was told it would be a fee ...funny being the day before i was schedule for a cleaning but the machine was broken.they called me 20 mins before i was suppose to be there too tell me this .staff was very rude .. i will be taking my business some place else ....

Such an amazing and genuine staff. Marlene is my all time favorite, can always have a great conversation with her during my visit. Cleanings are always done with a gentle hand. I have been going here for the past five years and have never had a bad experience. Kudos to Dr. Morales for the beautiful office and for keeping my teeth looking good.

They took over the office of my former Dentist Dr. Yarko and it was a smooth transition. I have the same confidence I had with Dr. Yarko. The staff is very friendly as well as the hygienist and Doctor. They are very professional and know what they are doing. Would recommend them to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were able to get me an appointment right away and I only waited a couple of minutes to be seen. The hygienist and dentist were very nice and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend!!
