This place floods insurance directory of dentists in the area with dentists that do not exist at this location. Seemingly have a corporate policy it seems of you pay first until your insurance kicks in, then you must call them periodically to give them the difference. To give you a timeline I got notice from the insurance company the week I had the work done that they paid Aspen for the work it took Aspen about 2 months to return the money calling weekly to see if corporate has released the funds to them. Aspen seemingly takes advantage of their patients who have the money to pay up front. They are happy to finance treatments. On over 1000 dollars lent to this corporation (not just this location) over 3 years. The money adds up. I felt like I was giving them an interest free loan. They are not FDIC insured bank that I can store money in and pay other bills with to my knowledge. This matters because if the company goes out of business you might not have any way of getting your money back. Treatments themselves seem okay Im not a professional and didnt have the work evaluated itself. However some of the recommendations from their staff seemed more about bullying patient into buying products they dont need, according to some specialists that I know. I would think that this place is not a dental office but a financial institution that is more concerned about getting interest free loans from patients, selling other patients loans and selling products that may or may not be needed. Be wary of all the 5 star reviews left by people who have only reviewed this place. The review score for this place is heavily inflated.

I visited Aspen because I was looking to find a dentist to replace my current dentist of 5+ years because I moved and the drive to my current dentist is 45 minutes. I spent yrs nurturing the relationship with my current dentist and they had become as family to me. We created a harminous relationship and established a rapport of mutual admiration for who we were as individuals. I believe I have found a dentist and staff to replace my current one at Aspen Dental. The staff and dentist were very nice and personable without sacrificing their professional integrity. I was impressed in the way the office is run. To me, it seems that a good amount of thought went into planning how to run the office as a busines and at the same time create a welcoming atmosphere for the clients/patients. I am of the opinion that Aspen has a homesome yet progressive silicon valley style to its presentation. My kinda place! Also, I really smiled to think perhaps I was old enough to be the mom of every single young adult on staff including the dentist.

The customer service is awesome! I loved them until my most recent visit. They wanted me to buy a $140 toothbrush after they told me nothing was wrong and I just needed a cleaning. Then I checkout and am told the "deep" cleaning would be $1010 after insurance! There is NO WAY I would ever pay that amount for a cleaning. Ive gotten a cleaning there before it was no more than $40-$50. The paper I was given didnt even specify what all was included in that price. I even asked about just getting a "regular" cleaning and was told because the hygienist recommended the "deep" cleaning I am no longer able to get the "regular" one. Really? They have changed ALOT since my last visit. As soon as the hygienist tried to sell me that toothbrush I knew what they were all about. Its sad because the people are so nice but I will be looking for a new dentist.

I have always gone to a hometown style dentist all throughout my childhood and well into my adult years (I am 44). I moved to Orlando a little over 2 years ago and Aspen Dental was recommended through my employer insurance. To be blunt - they are a big dental factory - in it to make money. I have gone 3 times I think and I wont be going back. I got a new hygienist on my last visit last week and she was awful. She used a water pick type device and my teeth were very sore afterward. She was very boastful telling me how good of a hygienist she was at least twice. I dont feel like a valued patient and will be switching to a dentist my next door neighbor recommended. Also, I got FIVE follow-up emails asking to provide feedback - thats incessant and annoying. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to Aspen Dental.

Im a little bit shocked. I scheduled a first visit, and found out it wasnt going to include a cleaning, just an evaluation. I thought "Great, here comes the $280 trip with x-rays, hygienist evaluation, talk with the dentist, and visit with the office sales person". So - I got the x-rays (from 8 different angles) and all of those visits, including the office guy. What I didnt expect was that the first visit was free. And, everyone was incredibly nice. WHAT??!?!?!!? And, the 4 cavities that my last dentist told me were going to need to be fixed had mysteriously disappeared, including the one that I told them I had for sure. A dentist that told me I didnt need the work I thought I did??? And, the cleaning visit was more than fairly priced. These professionals are nice, honest, and easy to work with. Couldnt be happier.

PATIENT BEWARE! I called their office to set up an appointment 7 DAYS prior to my visit to then show up to tell me that I never made an appointment in the first place? The lady that attempted to take care of me said that I was in the system but with no appointment date set. After that conversation, she said that there was nothing more she could do WITHOUT the option to set up a new date. These people are careless, unethical and VERY unprofessional. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE. All they care about is the money as you can see by the other reviews. One bad review is one thing, but when a pattern begins to form among these inquires, thats where it becomes a problem. Youve been warned...

Fantastic Dentist. I dont recall anyones name however. She was a very young looking tiny little thing. Like the Doogie Howser of Dentistry. I took my mother in for a denture repair. The dentist patiently explained options and outcomes. The repair seems to have been done well and within an hour. The tech upon the return, a tall Haitian man, was awesome. My mother speaks no English, is 77 and going deaf. He was fantastic with her. Very patient and his disposition was refreshing. He even shared a laugh with her. (If he sees this, we owe you some chicharon lol) Great place. We will return for any dental needs, despite the 1/2 - 1 hour drive.

The staff was great however when the time came for me to see how much the treatment was going to be I was given an estimate of $8000. Then supposedly there was a discount added that brought it down to $5900. When I asked how much the deep cleaning was going to be they told me $1900 without a breakdown of what I was paying for. I had a family member call to see if they could explain why I had to pay so much and they told him that the deep cleaning was $80....so what was I going to be paying for in the $1900 I was initially quoted?? Sounds a little weird to me.
