My daughter went to this office for Ortho and got Invisiline treatment. Im not sure if it is just me or anybody else had problem with this office. Everything has been a problem from the first visit. They took the imprints and said we will get the braces in max 5 weeks or something, we were waiting and waiting for 12 weeks. We were calling them regularly and they were just waiting. One day they said that we need to take imprints again because of some problem. We went and did that again and waited for another 6 weeks. No communication from them to let us know that it was taking more than usual. Finally we got the braces and my kid was very happy. They offered free teeth whitening after the treatment. So she went to all the appointments and no problem there. Sometimes they made automatic appointments without even notifying us and on the day of the appointment they would call me and say that we missed the appointment. This happened multiple times and I told them that we never asked for those appointments. Finally on the day of her last appointment my kid was so excited about taking them off and couple hours before the appointment, they called us and said the insurance company has not paid the insurance portion of the treatment for many months now and they cannot see my daughter until that is resolved. I was furious and told them why have they not mentioned that to me before and waited until the last moment. So I told them to send all the information and they got the information for insurance and submitted another claim. They said they would call me in a week and never called me again. I had to call them again after 2 weeks and explain the whole problem and they said the person handling my case was no longer with them. Actually 2 or 3 people have left the place who were working on my case. Not sure what is going on, every time we go there I see new faces. They finally gave an appointment for last treatment this past Wed and I thought everything went well. I was just talking to my kid and saw an injury on her lip and asked her what happened. She said the person treating her accidentally hit her lip with the drill. They did not even bother to come out and apologize for that. Im so furious.

LACH ORTHODOTICS Oh what a horrible place! Signed up both girls. Nightmare with first, so cancelled the other and went elsewhere. First daughters brackets would never stay on past a day, and tech after tech failed. Found a gem Brad who could finally help. Only would allow to see him. NEVER saw the doc except day scheduled to remove. Shed worn rubber bands and day of scheduled removal doc said oops wore bands too long, now must wear bands 6 more weeks other direction since they goofed. Got here for that appt. after 45 minute wait I asked how much longer. 30 more minutes! Said she I could see someone else. I said no because others couldnt do it only Brad. The guy accused me of being racis because they have accents! Btw, my daughters are Chinese, but whatever. I went to Brad and asked him what to do. While I asked him theyd put my daughter in a chair and had someone working on her! I asked who this was. Brad said he trusted her so I said ok. But the girl said No never mind, and told my daughter to get out of her chair. I had to beg her to help my special needs daughter! I literally said Im begging you to help my child. I have another special needs child I have to pick up in an hour now. Doc came out. Said she needs to wear them longer because of a loose wire. I said I wanted them off today regardless. He said her gums are infected now anyway so probably for the best. Now theyre expecting me to sign something saying Im resquesting premature removal. I said no, just take them off. Then the girl that harassed me camevto me with a paper saying I needed to sign it since I was going against docs orders and removing them. I said I wasnt signing anything and to just take them off. I looked down at my phone and eventually she left. Run from this place!

Buyer beware !I have been in treatment with Dr. Lach for five years . The recommend treatment time was 1 year( I paid 1,000 dollars for sure smile service that was promised to expedite treatment . I paid for a retainer that cost $350 this office did not follow up in sending in my impressions therefore I never received my retainer . When I requested My money back the office manager did not honor my request and stated that I must write a nice email to her and Dr in order to get my money back .After writing said email I still never got my money back or received a phone call . When I called the office and told them I was coming to the office to pick up my check for the retainer that I never received since last year . She threatened to call the police . Once I posted my review of this situation on google that has been taken down so this is my second review of the same situation she stated that my money is now ready to be picked up but the only way I can get the money back is if I take the post down on google . This situation is still ongoing and I have not gotten my 350 dollars back . Im at shock my initial review has been taken down this is interesting to say the least.

I went in as a new patient after losing my retainer from my original orthodontist back in west palm beach. I was fitted for a new retainer and was told to wait 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks i still had not received a call, so i reached out to Lach for an update. For 4 days i repeatedly called and was "promised" a call back each time with an update on my retainer after they "checked their files. Finally i was able to get an update: they never even made my retainer and i had to wait ANOTHER 3-4 weeks. After another 4 weeks had passed, I finally got the call to get my retainer. I went in, and they made the retainer completely wrong, fitted for my bottom teeth when I needed one for my top teeth. Was told to wait ANOTHER 3-4 weeks for a new one to be made. HORRIBLE experience along with no customer service.

I took Kristina to Dr. Lach yesterday for an evaluation for braces. I was very pleased with the Office staff and Dr. Lach. They are very child friendly there. Kristina was included in all of the explanations and she was shown around and what she would expect when she goes there. Kristina being a Special Needs child, was given lots of patience and understanding. I was pleased with her evaluation and the information provided. I was not familiar with braces and what to expect before this. I am looking forward to getting Kristinas teeth straightened. I am especially happy that the office is opening an office in the Lake Nona area to be closed to my home.
