I am not here to make anything up, just all honesty. About 4 months ago I went in for a cleaning/evaluation and was told I needed a filling on one of my teeth that I had absolutely no problems with; no pain, no discomfort. But hey, the dentist says I need a filling, then I guess I need a filling right? Appointment #1: Dr. Garland does the filling, as soon as I become un-numb, I cant bite anything with that tooth so I schedule appiointment #2. Appointment #2: Dr. Garland takes pictures of the tooth, and says he sees whats wrong right away and it will be a quick fix...does the "quick fix". Few hours later, I cant bite anything with that tooth so I schedule appointment #3. Appointment #3: Dr. Garland says he has to completely replace the filling. Goes ahead and completely digs out the previous filling and does a new filling...few hours later, as soon as I become un-numb, I cant bite anything with that tooth so I call and speak with the office manager, cant remember her name. Tell her what Ive been through so far and she says "please come in tomorrow and lets have the other doctor, Dr. Lounsberry have a look, so I schedule appointment #4. Appointment #4: Even though I was promised that I would see Dr. Lounsberry, an assistant comes and takes, yet again, new pictures and does some tests and says shell be right back and that shell tell Dr. Lounsberry her findings. Comes back maybe 20 minutes later with the office manager that I spoke to on the phone. Manager tells me they didnt see anything wrong in the xrays and that if I want to, Dr. Lounsberry can once again redo the whole filling for me but that they cant guarantee that I will not have the pain anymore. I tell her yes I would like to try one last time and if it doesnt work still then I would change my dental office. She leaves the room to go and talk to Dr. Lounsberry and comes back and tells me that they dont want to keep wasting my time so its best that I just go my own way and that they refund me, which she tells me that I will probably get within 90 days, ha

The only reason I am giving this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because, lets face it... its the dentist. Nobody actually "Loves" going to the dentist. That said, the staff at Lee Vista Dental provided fantastic service. I originally discovered this office simply because my annual screening at the base turned up some cavities (rats, so much for that perfect record!) and this was the closest office to my residence on the Tricare approved list. Im very glad that I did, though. I have been to Lee Vista Dental twice now, once for the new-client exam and a regular cleaning, and the second time for the fillings I needed, and both times I was very impressed with both the facility and its staff. Lee Vista Dentals equipment is top-of-the-line. The facility itself is well laid-out, with a floor plan that feels "open" and accessible while still giving the feeling of privacy in whichever exam bay your appointment takes place in. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous without being overbearing (personally, I cant stand businesses that try to kiss your you-know-what, so I greatly appreciated that last part.) All of these things combine to create a dental practice that takes the "sting" out of needing to go to the dentist. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone.

Nice office and employees are friendly (initially) BUT looks can be deceiving. Really liked the hygienist and think she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was the one bright spot in the entire practice. Then things went down hill fast.....dentist pops in and first thing she does is recommend a cosmetic procedure which none of my other dentists ever did. Then she pronounces a litany of work shed like to do fillings, crowns, root canals Wowl! First time in 50+ years Ive gone to the dentist and walked out with a > $10,000 estimate for work to be performed and a $400+ bill for x-rays and office visit. I almost fainted. Then, the office staff proceeds to tell me that if I pass a "skill test" (which I wont divulge) which is some sort of promotion, I will get a 10% discount on my bill - whaaaat?!! No kidding! I wanted a 2nd opinion and the office staff was very obstructive in holding back all my over-priced x-rays! I made an appointment and went to another dentist for my 2nd opinion. He did my x-rays for free! and my total bill was $3,600! So beware, Lee Vista Dental is not a place to trust for fair and honest care IMHO.

Professional and friendly staff. The office is very clean and well-organized. Very up-to-date: there are tvs in all the rooms to keep clients entertained during their office visit. I received a reminder call and appointment confirmation prior to my appointment date. I was seen promptly upon arrival and not kept waiting both times I have been here-- surprising for any doctors office. The first time I came in for a cleaning and to get fitted for a night guard because I grind my teeth. Second time was for a crown. My hygienist, Kathy, was awesome. Very thorough and offered helpful advice about my dental habits. She did a great job with my cleaning. Kat (dental assistant) was very efficient and friendly. So sweet and energetic. Dr. Kim did my crown on my second visit and did a great job. He was very meticulous and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, always checking to see if I was in pain or if anything was bothering me. The crown fits perfectly and I was very impressed with his attention to detail and courteous professionalism. Very fair prices and the service is unbeatable. I definitely recommend this office and all of the staff.

I went to Lee Vista Dental for my extractions and some fillings I needed. First of all the office is beautiful and very clean. I felt like everything was very sanitary as opposed to the filthy clinics ive been seen in before. Their prices are competitive but unlike other facilities Ive gone to, they gave me a LOT of options and were really flexible with me especially since I didnt have all the money I needed that day. the doctors are very informative, they really explained things to me, and so did my hygienist who cleans the teeth. I actually felt like i learned something when i left and they really gave me the motivation and tools to take care of my dental hygiene myself a lot better than before. Ill admit im a nightmare of a patient, and I really gave them a hard time just to numb me up, but they really showed that they cared about me, they werent just after my money, and the poor assistant almost left my surgery with a broken arm i was holding on so tight. This office is a 10 stars out of 5. young staff but very well educated and very professional. Highly Recommended. (good looking doctors too!)

I really cant say why I picked Lee Vista but Im very glad I did. My appointment was set for 10:00 am and since it was first time there was ask to come in 30 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork, not unusual. But what was unusual is after I was finished my paperwork (approximately 10:00) I was greeted by my hygienist Mindy and was taken to the exam area where I was treated with respect and made to feel like I was at home. Not once was I left alone in room #3 for more then a minute, they are very attentive and seem to know your time valuable. After my exam and X-rays I was introduced to my Dentist Dr. Bruno Lounsberry, she went over all the X-rays in terms I could understand and gave me different options. All in all I can say I made the rite choice in going to Lee Vista Dental. Thank you for making a scary thing like going to the dentist a great experience.
