For more than 6 years, Dr. Burnette was my dentist, it was normal and I had no issues that because I had a health insurance, last month I visited his clinic for fillings and checking because I was in pain, but this time I have no insurance. I told him, I have a pain on the right side of my mouth top and bottom and I need full checking , what he did, he took x-ray for the right side and decided to fill the teeth at the bottom of my right side and he ignored the top one and never looked at the left side. It has been a month now and I cant eat on the right side because it still too much pain and especially on the teeth that he made filling in it . All of that because he was afraid that he will not get paid because I have no insurance and I paid in cash full on that day. More than six years I was his patient, but no longer, that was the last time .

The scheduling here is ridiculous, the front desk has little to no concern for patients! I have been here 4 times and all 4 times there were issues with my appointment no getting put into their calendar , I am done with them .

Very professional as well as gentle and friendly. Clean environment, and very thorough. This dentist is by far the best Ive been to.
