Please provide a detailed question or comment. A few months ago I was directed to Labcorp in Zephyrhills for tests by my doctor. When I arrived at 11:45, the door was locked with a sign saying they would be back at 12:30. I went to lunch and came back at 12:30. Door was still locked & sign said come back at 1:15. At 1:15, I finally got in & then waited another 20 min just to drop off my lab samples. It was at this time that I realized he was the only staff there!! The tech refused to take it saying he did not receive my script. I asked him to check again and he became agitated and extremely rude. I told him I would call my doctors office only to find out they closed at Noon. I told him the samples would not be good if it waited until Mon. He said it wasnt his problem and I left. I called your customer service line after I left & told them the incident. I started getting bills for very small amounts that they claimed was not covered by insurance. My insurance covers all lab costs at 100% which I told billing to no avail. Since then they have spent a ridiculous amount of time and cost to hound me for 3 small amounts of $8.38, $5.64 & $6.43. I have been called repeatedly and it has now gone to collection. If LabCorp factored in the dollars and time it has cost to come after me for roughly $20.00, Im sure the CEO would love to know about it. To turn it over to collections when they will receive pennies on the dollar is ludicrous. I can afford to pay these, but it is the principal of the thing now. I was treated badly, received bills for charges I dont owe and basically harassed over $20. I sent this letter to customer service and all they did was remind me again about these charges. Obviously, a total waste of time. Reading the other reviews tells me Im not the only one who received terrible service. LabCorp better smarten up and high more staff. There is no excuse for having 1 staff member on a Friday!
Not sanitary. Biohazard warning! Not only is walking through a waiting room filled with people with a urine cup sample and embarrassment its also an extreme risk for biohazard. Any lab Ive ever walked into for testing has had a shelf/door system directly in the restroom for your privacy and your safety. Pouring soap out of the square dish in the bathroom is unacceptable as a dispenser for soap. Evidently spending a dollar at Walmart for a proper soap dispenser was too much. The lotion container was empty, the hand sanitizer container was empty. You have no privacy or discretion or anything in this facility. Doors are poorly labeled instructions are completely missing or in very small letters. Tiny notice all the way over on the other side of the wall that tells you what to do and gives you directions for a good blood sample and when to talk to the technician if youre having a problem. Unfortunately the print is so small and its so far away, you have probably already collapsed without reading it before you ever get a chance to utilize the information. Disgusting embarrassing and nasty experience. You have 25 chairs minimum in that waiting room and three magazines really?
Well how do I start. I walked into the office, there were 2 gentleman behind the window. After signing into the book, they opened the window and ask if i was here for a test. I said yes for employment, gave him the number and he asked if this was for a drug test to which I said I believe it is. He asked if i was ready to give a sample to which i said yes. On our trip down the hall I asked Robert how much urine I had to produce....he never answered me just barked out orders to place all belonging in my pocket, I asked him when they got ride of the locked cabinets. Again he did not address my question. He went about his business barking directions all the while treating me as if i was not even in the room. His attitude was belligerent and rude. His first name was Robert and he was totally unprofessional. I am an RN and do contract work as a travel Nurse. I am required to get a drug screen often between contracts and have been tested all across the country and have visited many Labcorp facilities and have never had such a rude and demeaning experience.
Very poor service, only one tech doing everything. Checking people in and doing the tests, I have been sitting in this lobby for almost two hours and have seen people that came in after me come and go. All I need is to get my labs done which with any other place I would have gotten checked in, gotten them done and left in less than an hour. Dont waste your time with this place if you can help it, not worth the extremely poor service and wait time.
Workers dont even open the door for you. Got there at 11, had to wait in front of the door until 12. Just for the guy to approach the door and say ( Im taken my lunch now ). Really ? So from 11 to 12 I couldnt get in why ? Mind you I waited. Now at 1pm Im furious.
No point to actually schedule an appointment, because they call up whoever they want. They dont care that you havent had any food for at least 12 hours. Over 1 hour wait, and the guy wouldnt even talk to you, completely ignored you.
Spent 30 minutes trying to get thru to the office to verify they received my drs orders. They would not answer the phone. Would sit on hold for several minutes and then they would disconnect the call. What a crappy experience.
Been here about 6 times in the last year and maybe Ive been lucky but I always got in and out very fast. I usually go mid morning and theres never been more than a couple people there waiting and they move pretty quick.
Made appointment and they decided not only have me fast for 12 hours, lose time from work, not call to tell me that they are closed BUT closed for the day for "unknown circumstances or whatever excuse." Thanks
Closes whenever they want to. went for testing required by school. poor company to deal with. went during business hours and doors are locked...no sign, nothing. glad I do not use them for regular lab work.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place never picks up their phone. An automated message directs the call. And when someone or something answers they just hang up on you. Worst service ever.
The people were rude and not very helpful.. They dont have the Times on the door most numbers are missing.. and they sure dont tell you either.. I will never use this one ever again...
Smart people make an appointment. If you have to wait a long time that is your fault,l had an appointment and I was there about ten minutes.Thank You, Have a great day....
35 trys to call in to make an appointment and was hung up on each time within the space of2 hours. Isnt there a negative star?
I have called 5 times to make an appointment. After being on hold for about three minutes the call disconnects every time.
