I was skeptical when reading all reviews of Lab Corp. This one seemed to have better reviews. My wife has to come here for blood draw and other labs. We walked in and was honestly scared my visit. But it went great! And every visit has been good too. They even remember us and ask about my wifes pregnancy and how we are doing. The one lady we see all the time I honestly dont know, her name but wish I did. She is super sweet. There are a lot of rude reviews and customers. Just a heads up if you make an appointment you have a less wait time.

One star is a very generous rating! I made an appointment a week ago through a robot and when I arrive to this location I am told by the so called "supervisor" that Labcorp doesnt accept my insurance! She then was extremely rude to me when I asked her why we are not given this information when we make the appointment! She refused to even try to find out why! Terrible service! Extremely unhelpful front desk secretary! She needs to find a new job if she is not going to help patients!

My cousin went here to get his urine tested for drugs. Of course, he was still using, so he convinced his friend to pee into a condom and he then taped it to his leg. Unfortunately, the condom started leaking on the way there, so it looked like he wet himself when he went in. I think he ended up getting away with it, not sure, since hes in jail for something completely unrelated. Otherwise, drink a lot of kombucha, I hear that gets all of the drugs out of your system overnight.

I had to come here 4 times in the last month for my son. Trust me, not by choice, but I hear they are all the same. The Satff is one of the rudest Ive experienced. Even with an appointment, Ive waited over an hour. They cant find a vein and and dont seem like they know what they are doing. I understand the job isnt the most fun but geez just be respectful. Staff needs to be retrained. Management needs to be present or fired.

They were awesome. She really did a good job. Last time we went to the other labcorp in Parsons ave, and 5 of them came to do the blood test for my baby and neither of them knew whats doing!!! They really hurt my poor little baby. But I am so glad I did choose this place in Bloomingdale ave. This lady knows her job well. I wish Ive asked her name so I can tell her here "Thank you so much."

Terrible service. I will never come back again. -Rude front desk staff. - They were an hour and thirty minutes late from the scheduled appointment time. - I only hope they performed the blood test correctly. This business needs some serious improvements.

Went in for a drug screen. They called me up then proceeded to tell me to let them know when I was ready only to turn around laugh and tell me I have to wait until 1 when she gets back mind you it was 11:30. I wont be returning.

This place is bottom of the barrel even for labcorp. Plan on a considerable wait even if you have an appointment. The staff is rude and obviously dont care to do anything but the minimum.

Rude!!!!! Says they are open till 4, but if youre going in for a drug screening they stop after 3. Which I could sincerely understand if they werent just rude AF about informing people.

Gals there do a super job. Ive been there several times with an appointment and never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, You get better service here than at the Quest unit

Appointments mean nothing here... made a 2:00PM appointment, signed in at 1:50... Didnt even get called to the window to check in until 2:21.
