The person working the front desk and taking the labs was very friendly and nice. However, I had asked for my results to be emailed to me and I never received the results. I called to confirm that the results were in and the phone rang and rang with no answer for the first 90 minutes after they were open. When they finally answered, they put me on hold for over 10 mintues before being disconnected. (I stayed on hold to see just how long they would take and I think they are trying to avoid dealing with me.) I am calling my insurance company to make sure they dont pay this lab since I am unable to get my results.

Asked specifically foe a test that tested for benzodiazepines and opiates, when I gort the results of my test it did not cover benzodiazepines and the person I spoke with on the phone tried to tell me that the test for cocaine and benzodiazepines WAS THE SAME TEST!! They are either incompitent or liars!!
