I went to have my labs done today in open the door at 2:45pm before I could fully enter the building the lady at the front desk was nasty and rude to me she put her hands up in the air and said Im not taking you I only have a 10min lunch break and we are going to colse soon at the top of her voice which they closed at 3:30p there was customers waiting and one standing at the front desk while she was being rude to me I stood at the door in disbelief because I had never experienced anything like this before.l said to her is the way you treat your customers you disserve to be fired I went and sat in my car because I was still in shock. I watch another customer walk up to the door at 2:56 and the door was locked she placed a sign on the door that says they close at 3:00pm they were customers walking out saying that theyre are horrible which were elderly customers which hurts me because Im in the health Care field and I Know how you should treat patients.They were other customers showing up to find the door locked with a red notice on the door which all of our papers states that they closed at 3:30pm we were just standing there in disbelief while she was still sitting at the front look at us like were cazy.She came to the door and said they closed 3pm and I ask her for her name and corporate number and she refused to give it to me.She needs to be fired the sad part about this is most of the customers are elderly I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

I arrived with my 7 year old daughter (spring break) and they signed me in with her standing there. 40 minutes later my name was called, the lady tossed my paperwork back at me and said "no children". She told me I had 2 choices, either leave her outside the building or leave her in the car. An elderly couple said they would keep an eye on her in the waiting area and the lady repeated "I said you have 2 choices and Im not watching your kid". The other patients waiting were flabbergasted to say the least. I wouldnt let this woman watch paint dry let alone my child. The toughest part was answering my daughters question "why does she hate Jesus, the Bible says if you hate kids you hate Jesus". My daughter is not loud, and had 2 books with her to read for homework. If you have a choice, avoid this place unless you like being treated with disrespect.

I would not recommend going to this facility. I was referred here by my doctor and had a terrible experience. When getting my blood drawn the process was very rushed. Kind of ironic that you have to wait 2 hours to get in only to be rushed out. Immediately after my arm became very swollen and I developed a large bruise. I still currently have a large bruise and this was done 2 weeks ago. After doing some research online I came across information that this is due to the tech being inaccurate. Also, no one answers the phone.

Nope nope nope nope nope. The company would know exactly why I am upset but even a month later they still have not returned any email or phone call about how terrible this place and employees are. The worst part about it is they know they can be this horrible because they pretty much have a monopoly, all employers do drug test and doctors need blood work and your insurance company either sends you to Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics. Either way, its going to be a nightmare.

(Six days ago) I had a normal wait time and they took my blood and did a great job. I tried to call them today March 3, 2015 because my Drs office did not receive the test results, the phone keeps ringing and I have attempted to call for over an hour now with no one picking up the phone. I did manage to contact the lab corp main office and it seems that the results were received by the Dr. the next day. I would consider going to them again.

I had scheduled appointment for 745am. I walked in at 715, their compunters were all down.They explained that they were doing every thing by paper. They were very friendly and professional. Everyone understood and I was called back at 8 00AM. The young lady did a great. Job taking my blood because I am a hard stick.,I never felt her stick me. I will use this location again.

Over an hour wait time. The woman behind the desk called the clients waiting "cry babies." One person drawing blood the other doing paperwork with every seat taken in the place. They are understaffed and unapologetic about it. They did have coffee and a television in the waiting area but the waiting area was very hot and uncomfortable. I wont be back.

Horrible place. And the lady that normally does drug testing would not do the drug testing because she says she done for the day no matter what. Its 3 oclock and Im not doing another test you can do it if you want to but Im not going to. no customer service what so ever will be contacting LabCorp to put a complaint in

I have been to this location many many times to have my blood drawn because I have a chronic condition that requires that I give a blood sample often. It really helps if you book an appointment and dont go first thing in the morning. Most of the time I go in the afternoon and Im the only patient in the office.

The wait times are extremely long and when eventually taken the tech did a rushed sloppy job. This same tech always hurts me and I end up with a painful and long lasting dark red stain at the puncture site. Time to go someplace else. I would have given this "0" stars if I could.

Make an appointment online if you HAVE to go here. I have gotten blood work done a good few times in the past and this is the first time it has ever hurt during, and well after the process. I have also never had bruising like this. Seriously go somewhere else if you can.
