Super annoyed that I was rudely turned away @10:20 am when they are open til 11:30 am ..... Im beyond passed off right now and holding back what I truly would LOVE to say .... Most people need these Saturday hours because its very hard to get there during the week ... Why is this office not staffed oroperly to accommodate us ??????

This place is understaffed and so the staff they do have is very tense. Its kind of an unpleasant experience being here and the wait is longer than most Quests Ive been to. I guess its just a really busy location. If you need blood work done id recommend the Quest down the street. Theyre much more friendly and efficient.

These guys obviously make gross amounts of money off of insurance. Its the only possible way they can have such incredibly poor customer service skills and still maintain operational standards. Kudos to them for taking advantage of the system at my inconvenience.

This location was fast! In & out in no time. I came in a little after 12 pm with my son. The staff were very nice & professional. They were very gentle & patient with my toddler for a blood drawn. If my son ever need labs again I know where Im going.

After using an automated login kiosk where I was unable to ask if I was in the right place, I waited for 15 minutes just to be sent to a different quest location. Im writing this whole sitting at the second location...Would avoid Quest if possible

I enjoy going here because it is close to my house. Yes it is a busy place but if you make an appointment they usually take you in on time. Quite different though if you are a walk in. The staff has always been professional and courteous to meme.

I brought my mother for some testing, no sooner had I signed her in, than they were taking us to the back. Excellent care, friendly, and professional. Ill be taking my mother there for any further testing.
